Well that certainly DID NOT OCCUR! Not only did they not show up for the scheduled appointment, but nobody even called to say they would be late. After an hour of waiting, I went to my doctor's appointment. Once I got home from the doctor's and checked my Ring, did I notice that someone finally showed up. This however was over an hour after I left a message, asking if they still were coming. Talk about first impressions!

Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

We started by going to Floor Traders and their selection was nothing I would put in my house also their sales associate keep following us around in a creepy sort of way like he thought we were going to steal a piece of tile or something. We told our contractor how disappointed we were and he made an appointment with Great Floors. The next day we were greated by Jerry at the front door and she wisked my wife away and showed her around the store. Jerry who is a woman made my wife feel real comfortable and really explained what would look great in our house. You could tell she was a real veteran because she really knew her flooring and how to treat customers. And by the way they have a nice inventory compared to the other creepy store who has rather cheap and not so nice flooring.

Had carpet installed with United through Costco program. The estimators tried to change my mind on…read morewhat I wanted done with carpet vs existing flooring. The carpet provided wasn't as firm as the sample shown. After the carpet order was placed, we decided to keep one room with existing flooring and the company wouldn't credit or refund the carpet that was no longer needed. Installers were good but didn't show much consideration during the install (banged a doorknob into the wall that left a dent). We had to request them to add the transition strips where needed which they reluctantly did. Overall, not very pleased with the service.

Hardwood floor installation ran into a few issues with a stair runner which left a gap when the…read morecarpet was removed. Brothers went above and beyond fix the problem coming out on a Saturday and one other day to resolve the issue after the flooring was installed. They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle.
