It's now April 14th, tons of texts, no conversations, no refunds of unused funds. He charged me then made excuses for a week, the family in my rental property didn't have a/c on a 92 degree day, then no heat on a 30 degree night and all he does is to promise, on a daily basis, "guaranteed, you'll be finished tomorrow"... how long am I supposed to fall for that and allow this to happen to my leasor. Total speculation... but the best that I can guess is that he is behind on his financial management, and has to collect from the next job to pay to complete the previous job. Then it takes him a few days to complete that, and then after he collects from some other sucker, he might finish your job.

Brandy came out, same day, 7:30pm, took her time, and carefully evaluated everything. She initially suspected a pressure switch or possibly a motor issue and even went to get parts. But instead of just replacing things unnecessarily, she kept thinking through the problem, came back, and found the actual issue -- a clogged tube with debris. She fixed it on the spot. No unnecessary parts, no upselling, just honest, thoughtful troubleshooting. Total cost: $275 ($225 cash). She saved me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. It is rare to find someone this knowledgeable, ethical, and dedicated to doing the right thing for the customer. If you need HVAC help, call her first. I will never use anyone else.

RIDICULOUS PRICING! Called for a service on A/C unit that wasn't cooling. Tech showed up and…read morewithin 30 seconds knew it was a bad capacitor on the outdoor unit. Charged $99 just to come out, $337 to replace the capacitor. Contacted the service manager who told me the labor was $149 (took him less than 10 minutes) which means I paid $188 for the capacitor, which the service manager told me was an $80 part but I found the identical part on Amazon for $18.10. Quite the mark up!!! All he could say was "industry standard"... They lost me as a customer, and they are the ones I had install the entire system.

Warranty company scheduled them to come out. They came out and sent in the problem and ordered the…read morethermostat on 7/16. On 7/17 I was told the part would take 1-2 days to come in and that my warranty company had not approved it yet. I called my warranty company on 7/19 and it had been approved. But was informed that he could have just called them and gotten it approved right away. No worries though because the part was ordered and 7/19 was 2 days. I had not heard from the company since 7/17. I text on 7/21 ( a Sunday) to see if there was an update on the thermostat arriving. No response. I text 7/22 and was informed they are closed on Sundays. When I inquired about the part and when I was going to have repairs done my questions were not answered. I was told I was hostile and that they would be canceling services.
