She is very good in finding the knots in your body and your tension areas and focusing on them. She also knows that I need a strong massage and she can deliver. Awesome place, professional and knowledgeable also. I have been going to Dentian Massage Thripy for over 15 years they have a premier customer service. The only problem the office is 35 miles from my home but that's my problem I have to drive that far to get there and that till you how good they are. I normally go there for a 90 minutes massage but sometimes their busy schedules they might ask to be one hour , for me I insist for 90 minutes LOL. At first I was skeptical about going to Dantian for I didn't know what to expect. There weren't alot of reviews about this therapy center. I do frequent the plaza where Dantian is located for lunch & was always curious about their services. If it wasn't for the Groupon Deal I purchased (3 1 hour Deep Tissue Massage w/ oil AND hot stones!) I would never have thought to come here. I've been going to Majestic Spa & Thai Massages all these years! I know now I have found another great spot to go to! :: VENUE:: From the outside it looks like a therapy center & not so much like your typical asian "foot massage" or day spa place. Inside the venue, it is well lit and clean. Receiptionists were courteous (they do speak Chinese). Upon my 1st visit I brought in my Groupon and they take your info to input in their system. Next time around once you step in, just sign in & wait to be called for your service. :: EXPERIENCE/SERVICE :: Review is for the Deep Tissue Massage w/ Hot Stone: I called to book my appointments couple days in advance. It was fairly easy & quick. At times they seem to be to busy to answer but eventually someone does pick up. 1st time I called in a gal answered. She did not speak perfect English but regardless, I was able to communicate with her just fine. Once in the room, you'll be asked to take everything off but the undies. Then lay face down on the massage table. My deep tissue massage by Lili was great. I always ask for hard pressure. Lili did try to work on some of my killer knots I had. Do note: they do massage your head and face. After the oil application Lili does get nice warm/hot towels to wipe me down. I absolutely LOVE the hot stones. Ahhhh-mazing! I just wish it could have been longer tho.. felt like it was for only about 10min. But overall my massage was very relaxing. I like how they have a good size mirror in the room so after the massage one can fix oneself up better :) :: NOTES :: 1) Clean unisex restroom towards the back. 2) There are about 8 individual rooms 3) Therapists are in their uniforms. My weekly visits to Dantian are the best part of my week. An hour of personalized yoga with Jenna and I am de-stressed, limber, serene, and exhausted. Follow it up with two hours of massage with Jing. And yes, I am a massage connoisseur, so I can honestly report that she is the best massage therapist I've ever had. As each therapist and technique is a personal preference and YMMV type of thing, what makes Jing stand out is her precise knowledge of pressure points, circulation, and leverage. She can expertly hit the exact spot that ails you, and work the area slowly and deliberately, with increasing pressure and power. It's the type of massage that sends goose bumps up your spine. About three weeks ago was my first experience with acupuncture, a friend recommended trying it and although unsure what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very curtious, listened to my description of pain/injury and recommended a plan of treatment that worked with my schedule. I started a combination of acupuncture with deep tissue massage and now I am enjoying the first relief from constant back pain without pain killers in I've had in 5 years. Part1 This is by the most unprofessional group of individuals that I have had the misfortune of meeting. The point of me getting acupuncture is TO TREAT AND RELEIVE. After going there several times and debating whether I would return or not, I received a call from them asking me to come earlier for my appointment. I acquiesced and showed up as they had requested. Got there and what a fiasco- people were coming in and out while I was lying face down. acupuncturist started putting needles in my arms without any explanations of why a what he was treating.... Part 2 Last week when I saw the acupuncturist he just barged in and started putting needles in my back and did NOT ONCE IN FOUR SHITTY TREATments as me how I was doing. To make matters worse he speaks so loud that I asked the therapist to tell him to shut the hell up. He did it again yesterday and to and insult to injury starts playing a clip Video clip in vietmameese. Things started settling down and then the receptionist barges in to tell the therapist that her time was up. I got 45m/60m. How is any of this justifiable????? How ? read more

I am not going back there again. The first time I went, the massage was great, so I went the second time today and the masseuse Catherine did nothing but back rub me. She did this too long until I asked "when are you going to do the massage?" She said the massage is over! She did not massage my head, legs and feet like the first one with Linda.
