The clinic was spotless and really new. My issue low key has a complicated history, so I appreciated when he really listened to my concerns patiently. He was really friendly and professional, and explained thoroughly what he was doing and why. He also had some newer tech that I've been wanting to try. Right shoulder pain for a week due to an excercise induced injury. This was my first time visiting CleanSpine. The office was very clean. Dr. Tyler was incredibly kind, patient, and a great listener. He physically assessed my R shoulder and then asked me to perform certain movements to evaluate the pain. Dr. Tyler then provided the diagnosis and suggested a treatment plan along with exercises. The experience included a hands on chiropractic treatment as well as adjustments. Afterwards, Dr. Tyler then performed a complete spinal evaluation as well as treating me with certain alignment adjustments which ended up being very therapeutic. My range of motion for my R shoulder definitely benefited from his intervention. I am extremely grateful and thankful for his expertise. Dr, Tyler is so amazing and talented, just go and don't even think about anything, he ll help you ! I had Lowe back pain for last 5 years. I tried 3 back doctors, 2 acupuncture places, 2 chairopractical places, physical therapy for 6 months. Nothing helped at all. I had pain while seating, driving, walking, sleeping basically doing anything. Pain was everyday every minute, somedays I would woke up and feel less pain, but pain was always there. I decided to drive to Irvine and pay for visit. Doctor just amazing! He cracked me for like 40min, then showed me some exercises to do at home and told me I will feel muscle soreness for 2 weeks and I did. However after 2 weeks I woke up without pain. Dr. Tyler is the only chiropractor who told me I had mild scoliosis and did my adjustments according to that. I've been to many other chiropractors who just adjusted me without really examining me first even after I told them everything I thought was wrong with my body. When I told Dr. Tyler about my wonky shoulder (trust me I swear I've always had a wonky left shoulder, it's like jammed into my body) he immediately took a look and adjusted me with the Y strap and then proceeded to crack every bone in my body and LET ME TELL YOU MY SHOULDER CAME INTO PLACE AND I HAD EVEN SHOULDERS. My left side has always been a problem for me but now I don't feel tight in my muscles and my vision has become clearer. I know that sounds crazy but my EYE VISION has improved. Dr.Tyler was very professional and I can tell was very knowledgeable about his profession. I have been to multiple chiropractors and he was by far the best! He takes time to listen to his patients and answers any questions. I told him where I was having pain and he suggested the Y-strap adjustment which made a huge difference in the stress and tenseness I was carrying in my neck. I had been hesitant to post a review early last year because I was involved in a horrible auto accident and did not want details of my case exposed and taken out of context. I was here a couple times back when Dr. Bigenho was a one man team, before he blew up on several social media platforms. Dr. Bigenho is more than the pretty, charismatic face that social media sees (in the most platonic manner possible - I have a loving bf! This is NOT a fan girl post lmao). Dr. Bigenho was extremely professional when he saw me, and truly listened to my concerns. He had mentioned that even if there is a 1mm bulge in my cervical, it's possible for that bulge to cause more discomfort than a 10mm bulge...he had done a y-strap treatment to decompress my cervical and thoracic, something my previous PTs and chiropractors never did. Though I was sore for a couple of days, it was much needed. *****PLEASE READ BELOW for the most impressive aspect!!!!***** I ONLY described the tension on my thoracic due to the trigger point on my left back to him, and he mentioned he would adjust the ribs in that area, do ischemic compression on the trigger point, and decompress my cervical-thoracic junction because it's most likely coming from my neck. Probably a C8 radiculopathy. AND IT MADE SENSE BECAUSE MY RING AND PINKY FINGER WOULD GO NUMB RANDOMLY DUE TO THE NERVE ISSUES I HAD FROM MY CAR ACCIDENT. He suspected a pinched nerve even though he had no idea I was also seeing a neurologist for the issue. He also looked into my elbow area because he believed there might be some torn ligaments there. He's was curious about the EMG reading/interpretation from my neurologist after my disclosure of my recent visits. I was so impressed by how he was curious about the extra variables that could've impacted my mobility. What a brilliant man! Supposedly he worked/interned at quite a few places and did not like the traditional quick snap, crackle, pop chiros and did a lot of studying on his own as well. I have since recommended my brother, my housemate, and a few of my friends to this place, and will be forever a loyal patient! Unfortunately, it looks like his books are closed for new patient at the moment, but I suppose that's a double edged sword. Dr. Tyler is the man! TBH, my body has been banged up for too many years. I've tried various methods of treatment from cryotherapy, to weekly massages to actual physical therapy. Nothing really works. My weekly visits to The Joint are cool but doesn't fully get the kinks out. Saw a YouTube video on the Y Strap method and was equal parts amazed and horrified...mainly due to the extreme force with which it is applied and people flying off the table. Interestingly, there aren't many who practice this technique. Did a quick search and found Dr. Tyler. We decided to drive 6+ hours to give it a try and must say - best decision! Our session was 30 minutes each consisting of a through exam and really getting worked on. I've been to other chiropractors outside of The Joint and they've never really cared to feel things out and loosen me up. I've also never had my neck cracked while facing down and it was great as it took pressure off the bottom of my neck. The actual Y strap portion was brief but was most impactful. It's a short yet hard pull where you feel instant relief. Never felt anything like it! It was exactly the type of relief where everything finally opened up at my neck and spine that other docs would acknowledge is an issue but doesn't do anything about. There was a particular sore spot at the juncture of my neck and shoulder where it was super duper sore and tender that went away. Like, it's gone - whoa. I'm so glad I found this chiropractor! I hurt my right shoulder at the gym a while back and after a couple of months the pain wouldn't go away. I had never seen a chiropractor before but I decided to give it a try. My friend recommended Dr. Tyler Bigenho in Huntington Beach and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was a little nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable and let me know exactly what he was going to do. He did a lot of painful deep tissue massage work and then aligned my neck and body back into place. After it was over, I felt more relaxed and gained a lot more mobility in my shoulder. Let me start by saying I have scoliosis my husband and I found Dr.Tyler on youtube, and boy, am I glad we did. It was his enthusiasm for his craft that led us to book an appointment with him. I had gone to acupuncturists and massage therapists before; yes, they would treat the pain, but it was a temporary relief. With Dr.Tyler, I have back relief for a more extended amount of time. He shows me how to do some searches at home to help me with my back and neck pain. Because of him, I can now see over my right shoulder something I couldn't do before due to the severity of my scoliosis. If you have scoliosis, I do recommend taking in the most recent X-rays you have so Dr.Tyler can see and target the problem areas. I get the y-strap treatment from him. WOW. Dr. Tyler is IT. So I'm a dentist and my back is an absolute nightmare. I also just had a kid last year and let me tell you that at first the baby is light but they slowly get heavier and 10 months later they are huge. Carrying him, picking him up, and just letting him crawl all over me has done a number on me. It was time for some real help. I had been looking for a good chiropractor bc I knew I needed it but I didn't know who to trust with my back. I use my body for a living so its really important to me to find someone with a good reputation and knows what they are doing. I've had back/neck/shoulder pain for over 10 years from a combination of contact sports, poor posture working at the computer, and other problems. I had been to a couple chiropractors but it never felt comprehensive, and moreso a cookie cutter approach. Dr Tyler really goes in depth to find the root cause of your issues, and has sooo many methods to adjust and help you out. I've been twice(every other week) so far and the results are astounding. Between a rib in my chest, some issues with my lower trap and lat, he was able to hit each thing perfectly. My left shoulder has historically had terrible aches and tightness, and now it's better than it's been in over 10 years. The Y-Strap felt like you are having your entire soul adjusted that your ancestors from long ago feel as well. I will be a work in progress given the time I've spent with these issues and not doing anything to fix them. My shoulder has improved about 90% at this point, and will continue to go as needed. Thank you Dr. Bigenho for taking my needs into full consideration and providing me with a great experience. I've been dealing with back pain and numbness due to a car accident, and it's a great feeling to know that I have support in my recovery. First time I've had a chiropractor show me the MRI scan results and pinpointing the areas in my lower back that needed attention. After checking in, I was taken into the warming up area where I clearly felt the areas that needed adjusting. After being warmed up, I was adjusted from my neck down, relieving all the tension I had. With me just focusing on my lower back, it was great to know that Dr. Bigenho could analyze my posture and feel my joints, and take action to correct my neck without me revealing minor symptoms that I thought were attributed to something else. I got my foot cracked by dr bigenho a couple weeks back and my chronic ankle pain ive had for years is gone. Im able to run and hike without having to worry about the pain any longer and it is the best feeling in the world. I've known Tyler for many years now from growing up going to school together and to see him in this field totally makes sense. I switched over from my family chiropractor 2 months ago to try it out with him and have been more than just impressed. His professionalism along with his passion and drive exceeded my expectations.
