I have been seeing Dr. D for at least 10 years. She is so much more than a chiropractor. She really takes the time to provide individual care and analyze where your issues are having had multiple back surgeries and lots of history. I find that Dr D. Continues to be comprehensive. I think out of the collection of doctors that I have seen over the years. She is perhaps one of the very few that I look forward to seeing. The entire office has an extremely positive vibe. The office is located in an older building however it is very well maintained and parking is very easy. I have recommended many friends to visit this office and none have ever complained or said that they have found better elsewhere. The office pricing is reasonable and very rarely. Do I have to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. D is very consistent in her treatment of her patient. Valorie in the front is so welcoming and tries so hard to appease a patient. I think she is one of the most chill people I have ever met in my last visit. They had a new massage therapist - Rumi. She did very very well in pursuing a knot that I had in my shoulder. The treatment at Dr D has been extraordinary this year. I started going on a regular basis since Dr D and Rumi has been outstanding. Dr D is a warm and caring doctor. She will help you with not only one issue but all of your issues in your body. She has been consistent with recommendations and referrals. I can't say enough about Rumi. Rumi is more than a massage therapist. She knows all of the muscles and she will help you improve with trigger points. She has such a sweet demeanor as well. My pain has decreased since I have started going here. All of the therapists are great here but I always go with Rumi as she knows my problem areas. I've been seeing Dr D over, gosh, a good number of years now, for a whole variety of issues. I can say that she is someone I trust wholeheartedly with my health. Her advice and guidance are just that, she never pushes you into extra stuff (something that as British ex-Pat who was used to the NHS, I find a common theme with American Drs and I often feel my insurance card is being abused and I am over treated). To see her practice expand into additional wellness services and her knowledge of supplements and natural health expand into a veritable encyclopedia has been a pleasure to watch. I came to Dr. D in hopes of curing my complete loss of taste and smell due to covid. I had been trying different supplements and methods with no luck for weeks. I've come across a good amount of chiropractors in my life and Dr. D is by far one of the best I have ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares A LOT about her patients! I came here after seeing all of the amazing reviews on Yelp because I have been suffering from horrible lower back pain. Here is why I am giving NBW 5 stars: - No wait time! Every time I make an appointment and show up, I'm never left waiting for Dr. D. She is ready to see me the second I walk through the door and is so respectful of time. - No time wasted either! One of the things that impressed me the most about this office is that they work with you every single minute and no time is wasted. They have never disappeared, leaving me alone in my room waiting for them to come back (unlike other offices I've been to). - They are efficient! At one point, I had Dr. D, Katie (massage therapist), and Paul (physical therapist) all in my room to work with me and as a patient, that just made me feel so special that they all take the time and effort to focus on me. - Katie is an incredible massage therapist! She is so strong and basically has magic hands. I always feel refreshed afterwards. - Dr. D is very resourceful when it comes to treatments and will always use her best judgement. We've done everything from chiropractic adjustments, to cupping, massage therapy with Katie, rock tape, stretching and other exercises, and she also recommended I do yoga and use CBD cream (which she sells at her office, and it works wonderfully!) to help with my back pain. - Dr. D is not only great at her profession, but she is a genuinely good person. Always so friendly and happy whenever I come in. She lets me ask her as many questions as I need to. She even emails me to check in and see how my back is doing since I travel a lot for work and might not be able to come in for weeks at a time. 10/10 I had never had a massage before and the staff was so welcoming and kind and made sure I was comfortable with everything I grew up in a house full of chiropractors and have been regularly adjusted my whole life but after working at Starbucks for the last year I needed more than some hypermobilization so I went on yelp and found this place and they had amazing reviews and I booked right through the yelp app My massage therapist (I can't remember her name sorry) was basically Jesus to my body hahaha today is the first day in almost a year where I have had NO PAIN at work. First Time here at Newport beach wellness. I met with the doctor she was very patient and kind and asked lots of important questions. I've had lower and upper shoulder pain for awhile and it's difficult for anyone to find the actual pain. The doctor was able to find the pain right away. I then met with the massage therapist Katie and she was amazing she found my knots right away and worked on them and was very patient and asked about pressure. Dr. D and her team are fabulous. There is no other way to describe them. They treat you like family and bend over backwards to help you when you need it. Yesterday I walked in asking for what should have been a five minute tape job (with no appointment), Dr. D saw that my shoulder was in much more need than a little tape job could provide, and took the time to have her massage therapist work on me to warm the area up, used ultrasound to open the muscles up deep in the joint, cleared up some scar tissue and finally sent me out with the tape job I walked in for. I slept like a baby last night because of it, after two nights of radiating shoulder pain waking me up. I am glad I found Dr. D and her team and would not go anywhere else. read more

Dr. D is amazing! I feel bad I did not write a review sooner :) I was lucky to be alive after a bad car accident (drunk driver ran into us on a highway!) where our truck was totaled, our accident closed traffic for hours, and we made the local news. I was in a lot of pain though, my neck couldn't really turn and my chest and shoulder hurt such that everytime I sneezed or cough it was extremely painful and I couldn't really lift or pull anything without my chest and/or shoulder hurting. (And I had a bad cold/cough on top of this... it was one of the worse days in my life). On top of that I was super angry because I would get a horrible pulsing hurt even when I was not moving that was deep inside my shoulder. Sleeping was also difficult because I couldn't really turn side to side without hurting. After going to Dr. D, my neck's range of motion came back. It was like magic! I followed instructions to and came back consistently for the next few months and Dr. D fixed my shoulder and then my chest. Again like magic. I also ove telling everyone how I was complaining that my chest pain remained and Dr D worked on it. I was really in pain for the next 3 days then BOOM. Pain was GONE. Like magic ^_^. I am a naturally curious person so I would always ask questions about what's going on and why my pain is in the spots it was in. Dr. D explains all this to me so I get to learn and be more in tuned with my body. I really like knowing why and how. Now that I am back to normal I have resumed my hiking and biking. I've always had a knee problem so I'm going back now to see Dr. D for my knee. Because my knee is not aligned with my foot, it's very easy for me to irritate my patella. I usually use one of those patella knee straps and they work pretty good but it's not 100%. Today after seeing Dr. D she taped my knee ... and then I went rock climbing. I had ZERO problems with my knee! Woo hoo! Bottom line - I know people who don't believe... but you will after you see Dr. D!!!! read more

It seems as though turning 30 comes with some downside... One of them being my back falling apart! I was in a lot of pain and wasn't sure what was the cause. My lower back was in really bad shape, to the point where I couldn't go in to work let alone tie my shoes! Dr. D was careful not to take any unnecessary x-rays (or send me in for an MRI for that matter) and walked me through a complete treatment plan including adjustments and massage. She has a great focus on holistic treatment; not just correcting what is causing the pain but trying to get to the root of it. Through her treatment plan I am now pain free and able to continue being as active as ever. Now I continue to see Dr. D for the maintenance that my body needs to stay in top shape. I run, lift weights, swim, and do yoga (in addition to fun activities like snowboarding) and I wouldn't be able to avoid setbacks like I've had in the past without Dr. D and her team of professionals. She has several VERY skilled massage therapists on site (the best deep tissue massages I've ever had) as well as a physical therapist. Dr. D herself is very skilled at adjustments. She has a gentle yet thorough technique which is not easy to find in a chiropractor. One last thing- Dr. D is always warm and smiling! You will feel better after seeing her and not just because of what she can accomplish for you physically. Her and her wonderful staff leave you feeling loved! read more

So, I must preface this review by stating two things: 1) I am a patient, not a "planted positive review". I encourage you to check out my other posts; I mostly review businesses that I find are exceptional at what they do, or businesses that are really bad at what they do, and even then, they have to be repeat bad offenders. 2) When it comes to chiropractors, I am a complete skeptic. I have been to many and with the exception of ONE (who is too far for me to see) I have never found one whom I trust, until I came to Dr. Dadivas. I will review those services which I have experienced: Chiropractic care, massage and physical therapy: Chiropractic care: Corinne Dadivas (aka "Dr. D") is as kind as they get. She has always taken great care in listening to my problems (aches & pains) and addressing my questions. As far as her "skillz", I ALWAYS feel like a million dollars when I leave her office. I have found that the problems that I was having in my back, hands, neck and leg (yes, I was a mess) have improved tremendously. I could go on for days about how wonderful Dr. D is! Massage therapy: Newport Beach Wellness has a few great (GREAT!) massage therapists. I really do mean it when I say that their massage staff is the best. But I must single out the best of the best of the best (I seriously think that much of her), who is Rebecca. And as a side note, my wife is a complete baby when it comes to getting massages, and Becca is the only person in the world who is allowed to give her a massage. I have had the privilege of having many terrific massages in my life, from various places (such as Burke Williams Spa), and they (the various massage therapists) all pale in comparison to Becca. The lady KNOWS her "art" and does it well. I have really gone on about this place and even edited myself down by half, because I love it here and really believe in what they are doing. I have referred many friends and co-workers. One quick experience: I referred a co-worker about a year ago, whom I know only in passing. So the other day, I saw her and asked if she was still seeing Dr. D. Her answer was, "Are you kidding me? I LOVE HER!!! I wish I could spend every waking moment there!" -- I think she likes Newport Beach Wellness, lol. I too, love this office, from top-to-bottom, front-to-back.
