Jellybean had an awesome time -- or at least that's what I'm assuming from how cute he looked afterward! They said he was a little nervous, but judging by his post-groom zoomies, I think he got the five-star treatment. Communication was on point, super professional setup, and they still managed to accommodate me even though I basically showed up like, "uhh... help?" I was in the area so I used their pick-up and drop-off service -- total lifesaver. I've been in vet med for 4 years, but when it comes to grooming, I'm clueless. Luckily, they nailed it. Jellybean came back looking (and smelling) like a whole new dog. 10/10 would trust them with my fluffy little man again!
Today was our 3rd time coming here and will unfortunately also be our last. The first two groomings went well, and we didn't have any complaints- but today that was definitely not the case. We dropped her off and asked for an area trim for her paws and sanitary areas, as we usually do. We picked her up an hour 1/2 later and she had dark red painful looking markings/ burns on her lower stomach. She had also been crying and seemed very stressed. The lady at the front desk explained that the clippers got too close to her skin and caused a reaction. They applied aloe gel and offered a discount, but I am still unhappy with the state of my dog as this has never happened to her before. Although mistakes happen, we will not be returning.
Tried this groomer for the first time and loved the results! The staff was friendly and professional, and my dog came back looking amazing and happy. We'll definitely be returning--highly recommend!

I have been coming to them for quite some time now, & the attention and detail they put into each furry client definitely shows. I've always felt comfortable leaving my dogs here because I know they're in good hands. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.
This place is amazing! They made it super easy to schedule an appointment for my dog's haircut and I loved how polite and professional the staff is here. I was their first customer of the day and my doggo was ready to go within a couple of hours. Grizzly's haircut came out looking a fantastic. We couldn't be happier customers. I would absolutely recommend this groomers to others in the area.
I was going to be in the area and was looking for a groomer to take my big girl Bella Bleu and called them for a last minute visit and they were very accommodating. They took Bella in!! She gets nervous when we arrived to a new location but they were so welcoming and allowed her to get settled in before I left. The location is super cute and looks very clean and inviting. They did tell me that it would be 2-3 hrs because they want to ensure that they take their time. Which is great! They texted me about 1.5 hrs to let me know she was ready. She seemed very happy and calm when I picked her up. The owners are super sweet and the groomer's are friendly as well. I spoke to one of the owners- Priscilla and she said any concerns to give her a call. I will definitely be back! Parking was a little tough but it was worth it!

The only place I will ever bring my dog to!! My go to groomers for years now and they never fail to do an amazing job with my senior dog. Everyone is so kind, so patient, so friendly and so caring with my baby. He always comes out looking great and I always feel at ease knowing he's in great hands. They really know how to work with my dog because he is 17 years old, blind, has dementia and can be very vocal when he's having anxiety. They always manage to make him feel comfortable and safe and are so sweet and patient with him. Thank you guys for always taking care of my baby!! I appreciate everyone so much. read more

I was pretty nervous about having to find a new groomer since moving to this side of town. I found Max's happy paws via yelp. We got the bath and brush package and added on tooth brushing and deshedding. Prices are very affordable. I am so happy with the whole grooming experience and we will definitely be back. So happy I found this place! I have a very small dog (3lbs!) who gets frightened easily, especially when getting his nails done. I've gone to numerous locations, who all overcharge and end up just buzzing him. Priscilla and her team gave Pablo the best haircut I've seen, with a cute bandana to go! His nails were trimmed nicely, his hair was perfectly cut (not buzzed off!) and he wasn't trembling when I picked him up. Huge sign of great, empathetic groomers! read more

A belated review, but I've been with this grooming boutique for over two years or so. The staff is always pleasant and wonderful. They're always so welcoming, and they leave Canelo (my terrier) perfect, so fluffy and clean. The fact that they all even call out to him when I walk into their doors is so nice. Definitely recommend them, I can only imagine how skittish and troublesome Canelo can be while being groomed, but they always do such a great job. The bandanas they add is such a cute touch too. I love Happy Paws and I recommend supporting them! (before and after pics!) read more

I love this place! I have been taking my girl here for the past 5 years. I am a bit picky when it comes to my dog. I love her and I only want the best for her. What I like about this place is that they hand dry your dog and they don't put them into the very loud and terrifying drying cages. Instead, they dry by hand with pet blow dryer. They do a great job about following instructions. I try not to be an obnoxious dog owner but I am and they are always very friendly and accommodating. They do tend to get a little busy but they are worth the wait. I bath my dog once a week and have her professionally groomed once a month. This has helped my girl beautiful and radiant. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful! I recommend them to everyone I know in the area. They take such great care of your fur babies and have excellent customer service. I have a Maltese shitzu who's only 6lbs with a bit of anxiety so I was always worried about her at the groomers until I found Happy Paws. Even when my pup had an accident they were so attentive and kind I truly appreciated how well they handled the situation and how genuine they were about it. I had to move away for a bit but as soon as I came back to town I was sure to make my appointment! They are very loved so be sure to book your appointment at least a week ahead. Happy Paws Grooming & Boutique is definitely the perfect place for our Dobi Maya!! The people there are so nice and welcoming that I knew on our first visit that this was the perfect place to bring her. They treat her just as good as they treat their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog is 14 years old and has been going to the original Happy Paws since she was about 3. She always looked nice and was well taken care of, but after today she came home traumatized. She came home yelping when we touched her back and shaking profusely with her tail in between her legs. She is currently curled up in a closet not wanting to get out. My family and I were unaware of the new owners because they did not let any of their clientele know and had we known this we would not have put our dog through this. We are not sure what exactly happened in the groomers today, but our dog will never be going back. She has never acted this way after a visit with the groomers or even a vet appointment. I wouldn't want any dog to go through anything similar so please save your dog the trauma and don't go here. read more
