I'm a loyal customer here, my dog is even the main dog photo of this page. Unfortunately, I took him yesterday and they did a good job per usual. But, they returned my dog with fleas. He came home severely itchy and I thought it was because of the blade, but when I looked at his skin he had tiny fleas crawling on his skin. I was so disappointed because he did not have fleas when I took him in. Now he's nonstop biting and scratching and it's unfair for me to pay and leave tip when he gets returned to me with fleas on him. NAILS TRIM REVIEW ONLY: $10 each for my boys' nails trim? I think YES! I love how friendly and welcoming the workers are. My dogs hate the groomers, but the workers here are always so gentle with them. The worker kept comforting my scared Frenchie saying "it's ok big boy" lool since he's a baby in a big body. My Pomeranian hates getting his nails trim too, but they always massage him and make him feel comfortable. The workers have never cut their nails too deep that they bleed. This is the PLACE I go to every month when my cat needs a lil grooming. I can't recommend this place enough. Not only do they have fair pricing, the service is also great! I come in once a month for a nail trim ($10) and the service is usually 5 min overall! Searching for a groomer was a pain but since I found out about here, this is the GOTO. Usually take my pup here for grooming, but they recently changed ownership. Sadly, they do not do as good of a job as they use to under this new management. My pups recent cut looks kinda lazy compared to her previous cuts and her nails were not done as well as before. If you just want to get the job done then this place is ok, but if you want a high quality grooming session, I would recommend going to a different place. Also, the staff aren't as nice as before. Before, they would greet us and they were very gentle with my pup, but now they just take my pup and treat it as if it's just business. I get that it is just business, but I want to take my pup to a place where I feel like the staff actually care about my dog, which the previous owners did an amazing job at. Overall, this place is decent, but just examine your dog after their grooming session to see if you're ok with the quality of the groom. read more

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was clear that Paw Paw Pet is a cut above the rest. Sir Harrison is no stranger to designer cuts, but this was our first time at Paw Paw Pet. We used to go to Happy Paws, but since they changed owners, they just couldn't get his hair the way he likes it. Enter Paw Paw Pet, the new maestros of maltese magnificence! For his high fashion Summer Style we opted for a short body cut with hand scissor trimmed lambs legs and page boy ears with Schnauzer style nose and beard. ( more square than round). When I picked him up, he looked like he was ready to star in the next big canine blockbuster!! His lambs legs were fluffed to perfection, and his page boy ears had just the right amount of bounce and lined up with his beard. He trotted out of there with all the swagger of a Hollywood A-lister, planning his next red carpet appearance down the hall way past all the dogs at 88 Alhambra Place across the street! LOL! The team at Paw Paw Pet treated Sir Harrison like the true diva he is, making sure he was comfortable and pampered the whole time. They even gave me a little report card (A+ in fabulousness, naturally) and some tasty treats that Sir Harrison gobbled up faster than you can say "Oscar-worthy." The groomers are all very sweet and do a great job. I should have called the cops to have these people arrested for malpractice. I'm not sure if they drugged her or suffocated her because she is a shy dog and she is one that doesn't like being groomed. I called her out for cutting the line, she ignored me, so I asked the check-in attendant why they were allowing this.
