I used to love this place and have been bringing my dog here for years but had to stop coming here for a bit in order to to see if I could potentially find a cheaper alternative for getting my dog groomed. I decided to come back as they have always done a great job with my dog before and are relatively cheaper than other places and other places did not meet the same level of quality with their grooming technique. This past time, it unfortunately was not a good experience. When I went to pick up my dog, I noticed he was more withdrawn than usual and when we got back home, I saw that they shaved way too close to his skin and he was extra sensitive around his paws/wouldn't let me touch his paws (he would't do that before this most recent grooming appointment) I genuinely really loved this place and they always treated my dog well but after seeing how scared my dog was of being touched on his paws and the too close shave on his sensitive skin, I will no longer be coming here. IDK if they had someone new or someone is in training but my dog left the grooming salon with irritated skin and refusing to let anyone touch his paws for days. Just wanting to warn other dog owners to keep an eye on their pups and I hope no else has a similar experience. read more

I really wanted to love this groomer, especially after reading all the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the expectations. First, the pricing was not transparent. We called ahead and were quoted $65 for our 5-month-old puppy. However, when we arrived, we were greeted by a different staff member who didn't speak English, which made it hard to clarify anything. About 30-45 minutes after drop-off, we received a call saying the service we requested would actually cost $115 -- almost double -- simply because we asked not to have her body shaved with a razor. At that point, we felt stuck and went ahead with it. Honestly, this felt like poor customer service. If there was a miscommunication, it would've gone a long way for the business to honor the original quote -- that kind of gesture builds loyalty and encourages repeat customers. After the grooming, we also noticed our puppy was constantly scratching. It didn't stop until we gave her a bath ourselves at home, which makes us question the products used. Her rear end also appeared red and irritated for several days afterward. At the same time, when they are taking care of my son, they are considerate and compassionate about his needs as well. My son is somewhat spoiled, and does not like it when people touches his paws. This was my first visit for pet grooming. I was very impressed with their service. My dog was able to be in the spa. They gently gave her a bath and even offered a massage at the end. She is very relaxed. They also use natural ingredients. She is very clean and smells good. She's cleaner than when I bathe her. They also offer a professional teeth cleaning service. It had this done, and her teeth are finally clean & tarter removed. It's a little pricey, but cheaper than going to the vet. They pay attention to detail and really care about animals. I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of months now... My dog was beginning to look a little crazy so I decided to make an appointment with them. The girl was extremely nice and explained that the "asian" style haircut was $75 and the regular was $55... I was wanting the asian style cut which is why I drove 30 miles to this place.. She did explain to me that my dogs hair was not long enough to get the perfect asian cut I was looking for, but I still was charged $75 (-.5 star). My regular groomer could do the same cut he received but I would have been charged $55 instead. But it was not her fault that his hair wasn't long enough yet... I think he came out really cute still and I definitely will go back to them when his hair grows long... Another -1 star because she forgot to cut one of his dewclaws & so I have to take him to another groomer just to cut that one nail. She did the other 3 so I'm not sure why she left one. read more

So I took my dog here for the first time since our regular place wasn't available. The cut was fine but what's really concerning for me is the fact that my dog injured his paw when he was given back to me. They informed me when picking up my dog that he was not happy in the cage they placed him in and he was barking a lot (probably because he was scared of the new place). You would think after seeing a dog in distress they would try and address the issue since they should be compassionate considering they work with dogs as a business. If you see a dog in distress it shouldn't just be left there, obviously he is uncomfortable and of course he would try and get out. I came because I trusted you guys to take care of my dog, it's not like it was a cheap haircut either this place is up there in terms of pricing compared to other places. Word of advice, which I'm shocked I have to give to a place that literally works with dogs as a business, don't leave a dog in distress, or at least call the owner and notify them during, not when I come pick him and and pay. I'm currently at the vet right now to check if anything's broken/sprained and will never come back. Treated like a job rather than a potentially loyal client. Judging from the other one star reviews they're probably gonna tell me I'm somehow wrong here so excited for you guys reading to see that too. Update: He fractured his paw and needs surgery. Lol don't come here. I'll probably have to file in court over this which will be a huge hassle. read more
