Steve designed and built remote sensing and control for it as well as three garage doors; we know their status at a glance and can control any of them with a button or our phone. Warning!! Stay far away from this very poorly run company. I paid a good amount for my security…read moresystem and was told they have a local service tech. I also pay a monthly fee for monitoring. They did not tell me that any time I use him they charge ninety-nine dollars! I have had problems with the garage door sensor for about a year and they would not fix it. Finally it quit and our alarm system went off. I called them and they sent a replacement sensor. I had to do all the work replacing that sensor. We had a lot of trouble getting that sensor to work. I thought it was fixed only to discover it wasn't working properly. This happened three days in a row. Then for no reason at all the garage sensor went off at 6:00AM waking up my wife and I. I was livid and called and talked to a support person who insisted I had to pay for the repair technician. Now they want me to do it all over again. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and 77 years old plus a 25 year liver transplant. I never thought I would have to do all the work on this system or I would have gone with another company. Talking to a supervisor was no help. So I am going to sue them to get out of the contract. I hope this will stop others from this scam company.
