I found Mike Knows Audio thru yelp and google. I decided to ask for an estimate for a custom A/V system for the living room and backyard. I wanted in-ceiling speakers for the living room as well as in the kitchen so the flow of sound can feel like it's seamless throughout the whole house and the backyard. First Mike asked about my budget and to be honest I didn't do a lot of research on how much custom A/V systems can cost. I'm glad he asked me so I have an idea on how much I can save to afford what I was looking for. Like all my other home projects, I went ahead and asked 2 different A/V companies on yelp for estimates just to compare what product they'll be providing and the cost of labor. None of those 2 companies asked about my budget and to find out their estimate was higher than Mikes. One of the companies did not want to cut out dry wall to install speakers and offered a Bluetooth system instead. The other company advised that I would have to hire an electrician to install electrical outlet for the outdoor tv. This made my decision easy and chose Mike to get everything I wished for. Mike and his team absolutely knocked this project out of the park. The project took about 2.5 days to cut out dry wall to install in-ceiling speakers and to connect the whole system together. Everything was professionally installed with no wires or mess to be seen. All the wires behind the tv stand are neatly organized and tucked away. The quality of sound with the product he used went beyond my expectation. I'm so excited that I can now have a small concert or night club at my house when I ever want. read more

Mike is The Best! He is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but you DEFINITELY get the BEST Customer Service in the industry. He installed all our audio & video a couple of years ago. We've got multiple video sets, and a multiple zone audio system, all embedded in the walls/ceilings, inside and outside.....Surveillance systems that are top of the line. The audio is epic!!
