Diego was nice and helpful from the get-go. It was very easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. He had great communication. My quote was for a carpet clean for a one bedroom with a set of stairs. I was quoted $110. I wasn't present on the day of cleaning but my boyfriend was. He said that they did a good job and were efficient. The carpet water was disgusting! The only downside was that the total cost was a lot higher than the quote. This definitely could be secondary to the small walk in closet that I forgot to mention, so at the end of the day I'm not holding that against them. I would definitely reach out to them again to clean my carpets. Next time, I would just make sure to take pictures of everything I needed done so I can have a more accurate quote.
