During registration, i put in everyone weight, paid, ect. When i got there, i was told that together we exceeded the weight capacity. The guy helping the pilot was aggressive, threatening and very rude- combative really. asked him what steps he used to help my mom in the helicopter. He instantly became irate and spewed this : " because YOU ARE OVER WEIGHT, and before you accuse me of whatever your going to, I did all that stuff" I never raised my voice, never made any nasty remarks. I paid their fee of $225 × 3 and recieved body shaming - hate and accused of attempting to accuse him of something. I had no intention of accusing him of anything- I just wanted to know WHY my companion wasnt able to get in the helicopter!! I told the very friendly pilot - during the trip, his partner needed an attitude adjustment. I will add that after the flight he was a perfect gentleman, smiling, sweet talking!!! Hahaha read more

Amazing experience! I booked a flight lesson for an r-44 for my boyfriend's birthday. He said it was the best gift ever! Our instructor/pilot was so incredibly knowledgeable and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The weather delayed our flight but they had great communication in letting us know. 10/10 experience! read more

I went on the 45 minute evening firework tour where you have the choice of viewing either the Magic Kingdom or Epcot fireworks and it was such an awesome and unique experience. The pilot played the show music while we were watching them and it gave me all of the feels. We also flew over various spots over Orlando such as Universal, SeaWorld, Idrive, and Downtown Orlando/Lake Eola and over various Disney parts. I highly recommend. Decided to take our first ever helicopter flight while on vacation. We found a good price on Groupon. So on a hot Memorial Day we came here. 2pm reserved. Let's see how it goes.... The Groupon that offered the sightseeing tour said this helicopter ride was one of the options but it never said how long the flight was. They refer you to their website which starts off tours at 8 minutes up to like 30 minutes. HOWEVER, when you get there is when you discover it is 4-6 minutes long! I know right?! I take longer to use the restroom. You have to sign a waiver, of course. They offer hats and t-shirts, but just like almost every other place in Orlando that is touristy, they don't carry plus sizes. Don't these places ever look around? People are not all size 4! Oh, they will weigh you because your party cannot be more than 2-3 people and not weigh more than a combined weight of 600lbs. We bought a bottle of water there which was a waste of money cause you aren't up there long enough to even open it. The flight was really fun but you only get to try to see what the pilot was pointing out in the distance. They didn't really fly over anything interesting. We decided to fly over Gatorland. We fly over it and past it in a blink of the eye. I guess for a first time flier it was ok. It served as a mere experience. I wanted more and better. Next time! read more

My family did a tour yesterday and it was an amazing and definitely memorable experience. My daughters, 10 and 12yrs old, were totally mind blown and my nephews couldn't stop talking about it. The staffs were extremely friendly and professional. They even went out of their way to retake some of our pix in the helicopter after the actual ride. I have been in Orlando for over a year, and was looking for a way to make my boyfriends birthday really spectacular. We did the night-time Disney fireworks flights, and it was amazing! The pilot was professional and nice, the helicopter was a Robinson 44 (small and cozy). We upgraded for the in flight drink package, which had cold soda, water and Champagne! The pictures we got were amazing, too. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime experience, and I'm so glad I found them! read more

I would've never considered a helicopter ride as part of our vacation until I found it on Travelocity. I'm happy I did! I took my son for the 30 minute night tour, neither of us having been on a helicopter before. I was looking forward to it, and thought it was a good idea to surprise him. I was very wrong! He was furious, mostly because he was afraid. Thankfully, the staff person (one of the pilots) who helped us was very patient, kind and attentive. It took a little convincing but I finally got him to go (he probably felt forced), and off we went. It was such a smooth ride! My son even gave in and enjoyed the sites. The view was amazing, and seeing so much green made me appreciate all the natural land Orlando still has, compared to California. It was beautiful! Although, I could do without the humidity! The dark was just setting so we didn't see much of the lights or any fireworks, but we did fly over all the major attractions - Orlando Convention Center, Sea World, Disney, Universal Studios, etc. 30 minutes was a quick ride, but enough time to circle from the airport to see all the sites. The staff were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would love to come back, and I'll spread the word! read more

This was the first time we rode the helicopter....awesome experience. Our family got the sightseeing pass with this as one of the attractions....did a 10min ride over Gatorland and Old Town and were surprised we can actually see the gators from the helicopter. Helicopter was clean and facility had plenty of parking out front. Super fun! read more
