I arrived at 7am for some ground instruction then a pre flight inspection and off we went. I had an absolute blast on the next three flights (2 the first day, 1 the morning of the 2nd day) learning how to fly the J3 and the different aspects of seaplaning! The checkride was after the morning flight the 2nd day. I felt prepared and was able to pass. I have my commercial ASES and couldnt be more excited about it. My instructor, David, was super patient and very helpful - great teacher and coach! This was a lot of fun and I am sad it only lasted 4 flights!

SIMCOM's instructors were professional, knowledgeable on sim scenarios, friendly and apologetic at times. I had two different seat support who were sick during my sim training. My sim instructor and the program manager were so apologetic but I had a positive attitude and it happens. Glad they're okay and felt better. Everything was handled professionally and my checkride was only delayed by a day. The CJ3 program manager, Mike was always professional and maintained good communications during the process. This was my second initial training so this process wasn't as stressful then at the airline level which I experienced, just learning a new aircraft. Always come prepared before training. Look forward to recurrent.

For a couple of years, I've been going through Microsoft's Flight Simulator X missions on my laptop and have always wanted to know how to really fly a jet. My pilot instructor, Jordan explained the controls and we were off. Jordan was excellent. He helped make the best use of our hour together. I only wish AviaSim were located close to Clearwater/St Petersburg/Tampa so I could avoid Orlando's traffic. Though experience with Flight Simulator X helped tremendously, Jordan would get anyone wanting to learn up in the air. Unlike the computer application, flying the Airbus A320 requires using both hands to manipulate the equipment. This is an experience I'm never going to forget. I hope to do it again... with Jordan. I will never forget this experience with AviaSim. Bring your camera with you... we're talking serious bragging rights here!

We had an absolute blast! We pushed ourselves out of our comfort zones and surprised ourselves! Every employee we interacted with was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We began coming to AE in October 2020 after moving to the area from Fort Lauderdale. Our daughter…read morehad never been to another school so we were very nervous about the transition but we had heard such good things about AE and the wait list reflects that. We got very lucky and were offered a spot when we called to inquire about space because many parents weren't sending their kids back due to COVID. Our daughter had a rough first couple of weeks transitioning but the staff at AE did such a great job supporting her. Even the director at the time, Jamie, would greet her everyday and talk with her. She got comfortable quickly after those first couple of weeks and she's been thriving ever since! They do parent teacher conferences every 6mos and let you know how your child is doing and what areas they could work in at home (counting, tracing letters, etc). They also provide great feedback and insight on how to work on behaviors or transitions (potty training for example) at home! We love AE and all of the teachers our daughter has been fortunate to have. We recently put our son in school there (he just turned 6mos) and it's been a great experience as well!

The way that the paint sessions are lead are creative, fun, and encouraging. I love that I can bring my kid to enjoy a fun night one night but then also enjoy a night out with my girlfriends and no kids the next week. This place has figured it out and I hope they are around for many more years to come.
