Using MaxForce was a terrible experience. Their communication was poor to non-existent, they would arrive hours late and one day didn't show at all. We had to actually move back our closing because they couldn't complete the move in time. I don't think they really understand what goes into selling a home. I would NOT recommend using this company EVER. read more

Wouldn't use MaxForce Delivery Service for anything but their cleaning service! if you do, you invite heartache, frustration and dissatisfaction, all multiplied by disappointment. Hired to move household goods from Arkansas to Texas, July 23-24, including a Tacoma truck. Movers arrived in a rented U Haul bob truck with two-wheel car hauler. The car hauler was for a standard transmission. My truck is an automatic. Needless to say, the movers couldn't take my truck. Had to drive to San Antonio then fly back to Fort Smith, spend the night then drive the truck back to San Antonio. The "professional" movers broke a china hutch, the metal legs on our television, crushed numerous boxes, breaking glass, and left deep gouges and scratches in third-generation furniture. Totally sickening. Immediately brought this to the attention of the owners and was told to send pictures of the damage. Sent a dozen photos. But the kicker was that I was charged $400 for the car haul that was only $600 to complete the move. August 16, after a call to the company and three emails, the owner, Mr. Balsamel called to say this was all new to him! Was told that it was the fault of U Haul that they got the wrong car hauler. He went on to tell me that MaxForce still needed to be paid for the car hauler and he thought he was doing me a favor by "splitting" the cost! August 20, haven't heard a word back from MaxForce Delivery Service of Springdale, Arkansas or Mr. Balsamel concerning my damaged furniture or a $400 fee for a service that didn't happen. To date, have not been sent any paperwork that was completed digitally or a copy of the contract. Only the email invoice showing charges that were paid before all of the household goods were even unloaded, then paid on the spot. Including the car hauler charge. I am left with now going to small claims court in Arkansas to address my grievance. But until I have the paperwork in hand, Mr. Balsamel and MaxForce Delivery Service has the upper hand and they aren't taking my calls or answering my emails. Personally, I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to use MaxForce Delivery Service of Springdale, Arkansas or believe a word that comes from the mouth of owner Mr. Salvatore Balsamel. update. 2:56 p.m., August 20,2021. Sorry, the 2 movers were nice and hardworking, but this was nothing like the white glove service they advertised. I paid $1000 for a local move 5 miles away. AND they damaged my rental house moving the large appliances and dinged and scratched up my NEW large appliances (refrigerator, washer and dryer). If I only had boxes to move and already somewhat dinged up furniture and appliances, it would have been okay, but why pay this premium in the first place? I would've hired a more affordable local company had I known the outcome of this move. I feel duped. Also, I wrote 2 emails to the company with pictures of the damages and and have tried calling multiple times and I've been ghosted apparently. Sorry, I liked the movers themselves, but they need more training and to take more responsibility for my brand-new appliances that are now dinged and scratched. AND reimburse me for the damages to the rental house my landlord has held out of my deposit. I respect movers a lot and I know it's a hard job, but I also believe the movers were well aware of the things they damaged, but it was go-go-go, all done now, allowed me to tip them generously ($80 each in cash), and then allowed me to go back to discover and assess the damages. MaxForce Delivery Service does not deliver! I had scheduled an in-town move for residential home. I set it up 7 weeks in advance - paid a deposit- and on moving day they never showed. They would not return my calls- finally at 5:30 in the evening they finally respond and say it will be 7:30 at night before they might show even maybe 9:30 pm. Well it gets dark at 5:00pm - would I like them to refund my money if that wasn't satisfactory. I am an older female with autoimmune illnesses- and moving at 7:30 to 9:30 in the evening is not feasible- so yes refund my money. They wanted 800.00 dollars to move 4 big items and about 25 small boxes. it is 2 weeks after the move and I hired other movers to move my belongings and still am waiting for my refund of the deposit from MaxForce Delivery. They will not return my calls, texts or emails. Am having to have my financial institution go after them for my money. Never use this Company- I doubt they even are a real company, the phone number they have listed on internet is no longer in service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Contact UHaul to get reputable moving companies that they support and refer to people. Update: as soon as this posted the owner- Salvatore- called me- and accused me of lying. They say they are a white glove service, but in reality they are not. On our move out they only sent 2 guys. We ended up helping them because we had more items than they expected. I had informed Johnathan about this and no extra men helped. Also, on our move in they only had 3 men that I saw. Boxes were marked clearly with what room they needed to go into. Plus after a few days after they left and I was unpacking I found my soup terrine broke and done damage on one of our antique dressers, along with a drawer pull broke off. By the way they handled everything was very careless. They took responsibility for the dresser but not the soup terrine. I sent pictures and they still said it wasn't their fault. Just beware that is things are broke you might not get reimbursed! read more

I hired MaxForce to move to our new home in two phases, the first phase went very well and they took great care of our belongings. The second phase not so much, the crew's truck was too small and had to make several trips. I had to ask them to wrap the furniture in pads and found that they didn't bring enough and had to use our bubble wrap, but most furniture was not wrapped at all. The crew complained the entire time, said items weren't on their manifest, like our dining room table. Who would think that we were taking the chairs but not the table? The crew damaged our house and have sent pictures to Salvatore who said he would have a handyman make the repairs. It's been over a month and nothing, how he won't reply to my texts. My son hired this company to deep clean a large area rug and carpet that was rather soiled. 2 people came out with a rug doctor and did only a fair job, definitely not worth $280 that was charged. My area rug was still dingy, and it has taken more than 2 days for everything to dry out. After looking at other dissatisfied customers reviews, I don't believe that we will be any positive result from my formal complaint to their company. read more

I needed an armoire and bed moved out of my home and delivered to my parents house. Maxforce was able to work me into their schedule for the next day. They wrapped up all the furniture very well to prevent damage. The movers were very kind and even accommodated my picky fathers request to move their truck over a little bit more to prevent damage to his convertible in the garage. They helped move items such as a lawnmower in the garage to more easily get items inside the home along with helping move the old bed out of the house. The end result was great! My dad was pleased that all the furniture arrived safely. I will definitely hire them again. read more

Salvatore was incredible! I contacted him for a job that needed to be completed the very next morning and he automatically said yes he could do it! He picked up a large package from UPS for me and delivered it to the delivery address. He arrived early and delivered it quickly! He took good care of the package as well. The crew was amiable. But here's my issue. First they went to my new address first instead of the place I was moving from and made my move a little longer as I had to wait for them to get to the RIGHT address. If that wasn't enough I told their employee on the phone to put boxes on the manifest and add it to my bill; they show up without the boxes, and one of the crew members had to go and get them which backed up the move even longer. After the move was completed they had the audacity to want to charge me about 70.00 more because it went over 2 hours. Of course it did! Because of their mistake, which was not my fault. I hired MaxForce Delivery to move my 3-bedroom house in Bella Vista, AR to Northern California, and they are by far the best moving company I've ever utilized (and I've done several long distance moves in the last few decades). Bobby and David used great care in disassembling my furniture and loading the truck. They are both very professional and knowledgeable, and treated me and my possessions with respect. They made the stressful process of moving so much easier, which reduced my anxiety considerably. We both hit the road for CA just as the ice storm was hitting Arkansas, but we arrived safe and sound in 3 days. It was so nice having the same team do the entire move from A to Z, without the need to hire muscle at both ends to load and unload. This is the first time my belongings sustained no damage during a move. I didn't have to wait for my things to be moved in, as the team arrived the very next morning after I'd closed on the new house. The price was very fair and I'm pleased with every aspect of the service I'd received from MaxForce Delivery. So much so that I recommended them to my real estate agent/broker in northwest Arkansas, and she will have one of them do a presentation at an upcoming sales meeting. Hi, we hired MaxForce Delivery to move our belongings from Fort Smith AR to Flower Mound TX on 2/21/22-2/22/22. We paid the initial deposit and final payment. At the time of arrival in Fort Smith MaxForce drove the moving truck specifically where we asked them not to. He drove over our lateral lines to the septic tank which was already muddy. He got stuck. My husband called MaxForce office and was told he had a friend with a landscaping company that would come and fix the ruts as we are waiting to have pics taken from our realtor to put the house on the market. Not only that; the movers hit our new neighbors mailbox in TX and did not bring and deliver all items from the AR house. I will have to hire a U-haul and go and pick them up. We have called multiple times and keep getting the run around from Sal the owner. He even had the nerve to tell me we told the guys to drive over the septic lines. He finally said he would figure something out and call us back. Once again another week has gone by and we have not heard from him. I want a full refund. I have disputed the payment through my credit card company as well. This is the worst customer service and unprofessionalism I have ever dealt with. Can I tell you how horrible this company is? They are unprofessional, late, disorganized, unbelievably overpriced, and in the end you end up exhausted with broken and missing stuff and having paid way higher what they originally told you the cost would be.
