Dr. Goldman performed her first surgery we were pleased with him, since they all have different specialty, he referred her to Dr. Montgomery. Dr. Montgomery and NP Vaccari have been exceptional throughout her care, especially during her recent meniscus transplant and osteotomy, which was her most complex surgery to date. Their professionalism, expertise, kindness, and excellent bedside manner helped ease our concerns and made the recovery process much smoother than we expected. This is the second surgery Dr. Montgomery has performed on my daughter, and both outcomes have been outstanding. Her recovery has been excellent, and we are very grateful for the quality of care she has received over the years. I would also like to recognize Jermaine, who is always friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with. His positive attitude helps make every visit a pleasant experience. The entire team contributes to a warm and professional environment. While this is a very busy practice and wait times can sometimes be longer than expected, the quality of care is absolutely worth it. I am truly grateful for the excellent orthopedic care my daughter has received and highly recommend TCO to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional care.

I am also happy with the care I received before, during and after my 2 separate hip replacements (done at Morristown Hospital). I'm still recovering from the second replacement, but I don't hesitate to recommend Dr. Forbes and TriCounty Ortho. I felt better leaving the hospital, than entering!

I had my mri on disc with me but she refused to even look at it. She summarily dismissed me after waiting 4 HOURS TO BE SEEN and I never saw the surgeon just the PA. I am now seeing surgeons for adult scoliosis surgery. I guess my scoliosis curve didn't show up on her lousy x-ray. That's a 45 degree curve mind you! Talk about incompetence. I have never seen a PA without seeing the surgeon too. Now my curve is worse than when I went to the Advanced Spine Center. I guess their name really means we won't help you unless your spinal deformity is so advanced that you can barely walk. What a huge miss. How AI keeps generating this practice as a top option for adult scoliosis surgery must be a glitch of some sort. It can't be for real. And what kind of sense does it make to have your patients who are in excruciating pain wait 4 hours to SEE THE PA NOT EVEN THE SURGEON! I did ask a couple of times while I was waiting how much longer it would be and the really rude receptionist kept saying "it shouldn't be much longer". I guess I'm the idiot for believing her. I would have left but I had already invested so much time in waiting, I was sure if I left it would have been just that minute before they called my name. So I stayed. If you're being referred to this group I have to wonder who referred you and how much confidence you should have in that referring physician if they think these guys are really great. Trust me these guys pale by comparison to the truly competent surgeons out there. I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is going to be a bit long but please stay with me. Our journey to Dr. Lowenstein was 7 years…read more Our daughter started having back pain at age 11. Our road to answers started with her pediatrician. Then PT, chiropractors, massage therapy and a spine clinic. Several x-rays and MRIs later, nobody had the correct diagnosis for her and none of the treatments they told us to try gave any relief. Fed up with the system we looked toward one more medical professional, an osteopath. We met with him and within seconds he showed concern with the extreme curve in her spine. He ordered another x-ray and 3 views on an MRI. He diagnosed her with Scheuermann's Kyphosis. Basically her spine was caving in on itself. He was not confident in the abilities of the professionals in our state (neither were we) and suggested we search elsewhere for a surgeon. We researched the disorder and Dr.'s that treat this and found Dr. Lowenstein. We asked our osteopath for help ensuring this was a good place to go and he told us to get her there ASAP. We scheduled a telehealth visit because we are 5 hours away. I sent Dr. Lowenstein everything from the prior 6 years. His staff was amazing (shout out to Victor)! He confirmed her diagnosis and told us she had a 94 degree curve in her spine with the normal person's curve being 40 degrees. We went forward with an 8 hour surgery and every step of that day was nerve wracking, but we were met with the most amazing team we could have hoped for. The OR staff, PICU staff and Ped's staff could not have done anything to make us feel more at ease and comfortable while we were away from home. My daughter is 6 months post surgery and feels better than she ever has since she this all started. She is pain free with a 44 degree curve and 2 inches taller!! She leaves for college this coming fall and we can send her knowing she will focus on studies and fun instead of any pain in her back. Dr. Lowenstein changed her life and ours as well. He is our hero among the medical field and deserves all the accolades that come his way. Thank you does not seem enough so I hope this review helps the team understand how grateful we are. Kindest regards. The Lucas family

It was like being in our own home. There was a fish tank, bookshelves, etc. My husband thought it was a bit over the top, but I can see how dogs would find it much more comforting than a cat would. Molly was peaceful and calm. She was allowed to be in her carrier after the initial catheter procedure. She didn't like the catheter in her leg, but otherwise it was much better than lying on a hard metal table. We opted to let her gently fall asleep and then left the room for her final moment.

After searching Yelp for an open Veterinary Hospital on a Friday night; found Eclipse open 24 hours. So, I made the call and spoke with them to confirm they were open and they have the ability to address her situation. Arriving after a 20 minute ride, there was no waiting time, they took her immediately to the treatment area for a prompt examination of her situation. After completing the initial intake documentation we spoke with a technician to explain the situation that led us there. After a period of time, the ER Vet - Dr. Charlotte Van Horne spoke with us regarding the different pathways of a diagnosis for the treatment of vertigo, along with of her progression . The Doc gave a thorough explanation and was showed patience in answering all our questions. She didn't rush or push her treatment, and I appreciated the clear explanations provided and treatment plan. After a day at home, we decided to bring her back Saturday since my dog refused to eat or drink water for approximately 24 hours, hence she was unable to take her meds. The waiting room was busy with other dogs and cats. We spoke with the staff and then consulted with Dr. Katie Bazewicz on her diagnosis and our options. We chose to admit her for the next 24 hours so my dog can get the proper amount of fluids via an I.V.; actually kept her admitted until Monday morning when our dog would be examined by the Vet Neurologist - Dr. Boaz Levitin. He provided a thorough exam and gave his diagnosis which gave us comfort with the current treatment plan and didn't just push us for an MRI, which isn't the best option due to my dog's age. We were extremely impressed with the level of care and attention we received. The entire medical team was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative; from the receptionist, med techs, nurses, doctors, and specialist. The staff were friendly and empathetic throughout our several visits. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The waiting room is large and nicely decorated for the holidays. They have a complimentary water, along with a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine to include a soda/snack vending machine. The price points for the services may be higher than your usual Vet bill, however you need to understand that this is a 24 hour ER service. It could be a little pricey, but my question is how important is your furry family member valued by you and your family in your home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend Eclipse ER Vet Hospital to others. The compassionate and professional service I experienced is a credit to the hospital and its entire staff.
