However they were very professional and offered to do a roof inspection for me. After the inspection, they informed me that my roof was damaged and that they could work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. They did most of the work with my insurance company and even showed up when the adjuster came over. I was approved for a roof, gutter and downspout replacements. They scheduled me right away. They installed my roof in less than a week after my claim had been settled. They came over a couple of days before install and showed me tile color samples to choose from. They then walked me through the process and answered my questions. My primary point of contact was Billie. He and all the other reps that I dealt with were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, accessible and helpful throughout the entire process. I did not have to be home for the install. They completed everything while I was out of town, keeping my informed along the way. The instatltion could not have been better timed. The finished the day before we got some heavy snow. Funny story, My neighbor was getting his roof done the day after mine and they had to stop in the middle of the install and put a tarp on the unfinished portion of the roof because of the heavy snow that we were getting. They did a quick sweep after my roof replacement was done, but I still found some nails, gutter screws and cut aluminum around my yard. I also found a piece of old shingle, that was visible from the street, sitting on top of a crosshead in front of my house that was visible. I ended up climbing up the 16 feet to remove it myself. I am happy with how everything turned out and how Showtime and my insurance company worked together to get me a new roof. These guys were great and I recommend them.

Given this and their complete lack of follow-up for weeks, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your roofing needs.

Unfortunately, that decision has caused me nothing but problems. Last year, I experienced roof leaks that led to damage inside my home. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. It took multiple emails to Tyler Morgan and numerous phone calls with different employees just to get someone to come out. The first person they sent told me there was nothing wrong with my roof and that they don't cover interior damage. After reviewing my roofing warranty, I found that statement to be completely false. After reaching out again, they finally sent a second contractor. He was great, seemed knowledgeable, and "fixed" both the roof and the interior damage. I felt relieved at the time--but that didn't last. Now, I'm dealing with water damage again in the exact same spot, plus a new area nearby. I first reached out to Tyler on March 16 and have since sent four additional emails with zero response. I also called on March 19 and spoke with a receptionist who assured me someone would come out the next day to take photos. No one showed up, and no one followed up. Since then, I've called over 20 times and have gotten absolutely nowhere. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. It genuinely feels like they are avoiding me to get out of honoring their warranty and paying for the damage. My warranty expires in September. I will be getting this resolved one way or another, and if I don't hear back by next week, I will be pursuing legal action. First of all, Rojas wrote a very competitive estimate that included additional items not considered by the two other companies that submitted bids. Secondly, our contact there, Larry, at our request, worked with us to make an informed upgraded shingle choice as well as to make certain the trim pieces were appropriately matched. Third, the installation was scheduled promptly, and completed in just one day on our 2700 sq. ft. very modern home with several distinct roofing sections.
