I called and Sheila was very reassuring. I went in and it was about 10 days before my trip with the 4th of July holiday intervening. The perfect set up for can't do. But Sheila is can do. She measured me and then consulted with my GF, the fashionista of my relationship. Then she called the warehouse. The warehouse person was kind of can't do. Sheila patiently worked with her and got things done. Betsy, the seamstress, is equally can do. Once my items arrived she was willing to work to get the alterations done in a timely manner for me. I'm sure there were other clients with weddings and stuff to wait on too. But I was given attentive, kind service that made me feel welcome in what could be an intimidating setting for someone like me who is not a clothes horse. Thank you Sheila and Betsy for creating a miracle through can do attitude.
