He was sincere and he had his crew come and replace all my gutters with new ones. They were neat and Jamie was onsite. Leaf guards were not put back on. The very next day we had heavy rain. i had no wet rugs this time. it was clearly defective gutters/ leaf guards. I do have a ruined rug that will need to be replaced and now no leaf guards. Jamie did offer to help with the leaf removal in the fall. Jaime is a hard working person who went the extra mime to make this right.
