The owner was not apologetic at all about me having to return, she kept saying that I must have been the reason they are all falling apart (which was insane). She said that the chrome has never chipped on anyone and then minutes later admitted that it does chip and it would likely chip again. I finally said okay please refund my money because I don't feel comfortable. (They keep offering to add more of their low quality products) they refused to refund my money. The owner was extremely rude to me and after going back and forth with her for like 20 minutes I decided to remove all of the horrific designs and just take the loss. This salon is NOT non toxic. The owner has lacks class and intelligence. At one point I told her that the only thing I did was float in the pool and she said "oh well you can not go in the pool after nail service."
