It seems they book appointments with not enough time between each guest. I have never seen a nail salon where there is no receptionist AND no manager on duty. Last time I was here there were no other guests so I didn't even realize... Well, I ended up having two nail technicians. One for my hands and one for my feet. My nails look ok but not great. The lady who did my hands filed my thumb nail too short and now it hurts. The lady who did my pedicure got up three times during my pedicure to check a customer out, to handle an upset customer in another area and for an unknown other reason. I mean, I come here to relax. Instead I walked out unhappy and annoyed I came back here. Oh well, it won't happen again.
