Whenever I have had to go to the cashline to deposit money, order cashier checks, or do any kind of currency exchange the staff have always greeted me with a smile and helped me efficiently and quickly. When I also set up my accounts the bankers were very thorough and answered all my concerns and questions too! If I have experienced fraud they were able to help me dispute it and help issue me a new debit card same day in the branch without having to wait weeks for another card. I have also considered looking into home renovations so I know the bankers have mentioned loans that use the equity of my house to pay for all the repairs or updates. All in all, regions in Helena has been a great asset to the community and is well loved.
