This is my second time doing business with RT services and they knocked it out the park again. This time around I had a pipe run from my house to the garden. I got tired of running my hose across the yard and having to move it every time I mow the lawn. They came out on time as scheduled!!! Two guys worked in the house while two guys worked outside to get the job done quickly and done right. What I especially liked was that they took the necessary precautions to keep my lawn looking good. This job called for them to dig a trench about 100 feet from the house to the garden below the frost line and they were careful to put the dirt in the back of a trailer and then took it from the trailer to fill the trench after. They also put down grass seeds and cover the area with dried straw when they were done. 5 stars for great service above and beyond my expectations. Our HVAC system was not working. I called and got an appointment the same day. They worked me in and the nice gentleman that serviced our unit was clean, professional and explained in detail everything he was doing and the likely cause of our problem. Within 1 hr he had our house cool again and even charged our upstairs AC unit for just the amount of freon required to top it off. It is a 14 year old unit and he did an amazing job to get it working again. He explained that it is just a matter of time before it stops completely but to just run it until it stops and to call them back for new units. Fantastic service from Matt and Bobby at RT Services. Repaired a leaking kitchen sink, and installed a new garbage disposal. Both plumbers observed safety precautions with masks and gloves, and foot coverings to keep my floors clean. I think they left the kitchen cleaner than it had been before they arrived. I had a new water shutoff valve installed, as well as a bracket and some replacement copper pipe. The guys also flushed my water heater while there.
