They do have a pretty good selection for their size, although I often find myself wishing they had certain products (probably more obscure ones that I grew up with). After 4 years in Boston, I'm still getting used to the lack of accessible Hispanic products around, so I am grateful to this shop. Good products, some produce, and even a little bit of meat. As I was checking myself out I heard these boys (probably college age and clearly friends) talking about having sex with women and what is/isn't rape and talking loudly and openly in front of customers while laughing and making Rape jokes and talking about having sex with women. Then an older woman who appeared to be a manager came over and asked them to get back to work- which they did for about 15 seconds and then continued their offensive conversation. When I finished checking out I approached the manager (partly because I was afraid to approach the guys at that point) and told her that they were having this conversation right now. She was standing next to two other men who seemed to be In some sort of leadership position and. She smiled at me and said "oh okay, I'll take care of it".... Not phased AT ALL about what I just told her. She reacted like I just told her I spilt something in the aisle, so casually and not concerned. One of the guys said nothing and the other just said "oh I'm sorry". Both of them looked surprised in concerned but made no moves to speak further or do anything. I was so stunned that I walked away and when I looked back she had still made no move to speak to these boys and neither had the other two men Disgusting behavior by all of them. Shows their moral character honestly. A complaint has been filed and I Just wanted to inform the public to be safe there!! I go there often, and EVERYONE there has been GREAT...except for this kid. I checked out my groceries around 11:45am today, 6/5/22. She didn't have a name tag on, so i will describe her: teenager, straight hair with lighter dyed front parts of her hair and multiple nose piercings. The person in front of me was an older lady, and after she cashed out, the lady had to ask the cashier to help bag her groceries. The cashier reluctantly started helping, but filled one bag with what looked like 20 cans, before the older lady asked her to not make the bags so heavy. The cashier let the older lady do most of the work. When it was my turn, a bagger appeared, Mohammed, and he was awesome. The cashier didn't say a word to him or to me the whole time, even though we both said hi to her. Then, the cashier started bagging some of my stuff, and actually put heavy boxes of drinks on top of chips. Mohammed did most of the work, excellently. After mashing multiple bags of chips, the cashier turned and sat in the thing that holds plastic bags. I have been a teacher for a long time, mostly at the high school level, and I have tremendous patience with teenagers. However, this girl does not (yet) have the maturity to work a job where she interacts with customers. Please do everyone a favor, and give her hours to one of the many hard-working employees at that store.

There are two employees standing there hanging out, not preparing bags, or anything useful. One comes over not to thank me for spending $100 on groceries today- But to eye my scanned groceries and then correct me that I had typed in the wrong type of tomatoes, presumably saving the store $00.30 or something. My father, who is not from around here and just visiting, went to this location to pick up some cold medicine for me as I was sick with the flu. Upon checkout my father was asked to present his ID. He was confused and asked why that was necessary, but instead of explaining, the employee repeated louder that he needed to present his ID or she would call the manager. My father, still confused, asked again why she needed it and the employee proceeded to call the manager over claiming that my father was being aggressive and uncooperative and refused to sell the item. Luckily the manager was very kind to my father, apologized, and shared that no ID was necessary for this product and he was welcome to purchase it and leave. But of course when he returned to the house he was visibly shook up and still confused as to why that happened in the first place... as was I. And most recently- I was waiting in the checkout line (which was very long due to being around 6pm) speaking with someone on the phone. As it was my turn to check out I put away my phone and pulled out my earbud and the cashier kept looking at a bag I was holding from work. Assuming that she may have been thinking my bag was going to be used for the items I mentioned that I would like a paper bag from the store. There seemed to be some confusion as she proceeded to ask me a few times -angrily- if I needed a bag or not even though my answer was always yes. She then proceeded to say "you talk too much. All you do is talk talk talk here you can bag your own groceries" and tossed the bag at me. Normally when it is this busy I bag my own groceries anyways but I was absolutely shocked. She continued to TOSS each grocery item at me as I was bagging it myself. With the line being so long behind me I decided against confronting the employee in the moment as that may have caused a scene and many people to not be able to check out. Ive been in the service industry and understand the weight of being stressed and having a bad day can put on you- but I don't believe anyone should be treated with that kind of disrespect. Very disappointed.

The sliced meats are mostly too fatty; need to select for better trims (for example for hot pot). The service and help is still difficult though; the workers aren't particularly helpful so you'll need to go through and find stuff yourself.

The parking lot is also interesting... it shares the lot w/ Micro center & people were driving aggressively (I.e circling the lot looking for parking & getting in + out of spots w/o looking out for cars and people).
