My sister brought her bridesmaid dress to them for altering…read moreat my recommendation (which I now regret), asking them to shorten the straps and hem the dress as well. For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. The dress was ready the evening before the wedding so there was no time to go back and get it fixed, my aunt had to sew the 2 straps together to make it mimic the look of a criss cross instead. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. Pics included of what the dress looks like originally, as well as their "work," and my aunts solution. Once again I would like to reiterate that they REFUSED to refund my money for this, so I will be filing a chargeback with my bank on Monday.
