Julie actually listens to our concerns and needs, and the kitchen staff is very accommodating with anything our mother needs. It was very important for us to find a place that felt like home for our mom. Nikkiann & Beatrice helped make the transition from home to the facility comfortable for both our family and our mom. They always had a smile on their face and for the first month would report to us regularly on a weekly basis on how our mom was doing. Sharon and the caregivers were highly qualified to care for patients with different needs like our mom who had dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes and history of TIAs. Recently a dispute with Spectrum has left residents without access to cable and DODGER games. In some cases, TV is all that immobile residents have to keep informed about the outside world. Mom, 92 years old, has been a resident for a little over a year and initially was happy with the facility. Elderly folks do better with a routine and a staff they can build relationships with. I hope the new owners correct the cable issue ASAP since it is quoted as one of the attractions of the Facility.

We're so lucky that we chose Eastland Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation out of a long list of facilities to go to. The facility was very clean and they did not only take care of my mom's needs for her healing, they went way above and beyond our expectations. All the nurses were very nice, polite, and very accommodating, not only to my mom, but to my whole family as well. My mom could not express enough of her gratitude towards the staff members and its administrator, he's doing an excellent job running that facility. My mom almost didn't want to leave that place.
