Depending on which way you are coming, you may need to drive to the far end of the parking lot past the bakery to enter the lot. There is a closer entrance but it is angled for the opposite direction and not an easy turn. There are also several one-way lanes in the parking lot so you may need to drive extra to get to an open parking spot. We did find handicapped spaces close to the entrance, but you need to drive to the back of the lot to get onto the one-way lane that goes past them. While these are the closest spots, it is still a bit of a walk to the entrance of the building, although everything is nicely paved and even. Once you get in, the interior is bright and inviting. There are many centralized seating options throughout the interior, mostly high-top tables but a few normal tables arranged in cozy settings. There is a patio in the rear of the building for when the weather is nice. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The center is made up of all the various eating establishments. There is no specific seating for the individual restaurants, so you will order your food from whatever place strikes you fancy and then take the food packaged into To Go containers to a table in one of the many seating areas. Make sure you pick up utensils and napkins from where you ordered your food as there is nothing on the tables. We were there after the lunch rush so it really was not crowded at all. There were small groups of people wandering around as well as several eating a late lunch. We did notice the overhead background music was loud and made conversation difficult. I could imagine during lunch or the in evening the overall sound level would be high as the acoustics do not favor conversation. This is pretty much only a food court. We had heard there were various craft shops as well, but apparently those had all closed. While the food selection is quite varied, addition of something to do other than eating would make this a destination location rather than just a food stop. There is some renovation happening in one end, so perhaps other shops are coming in the future. Still, it is a clean location with great interior space and makes use of a building with a lot of history that was important to the area.

It's a nice repurposing of an old bakery warehouse. They left a lot of the old industrial elements and superimposed an element of urban charm. You'll also find a unique outdoor seating area with a jumbo screen and lawn area. If you come, you'll find cuisine ranging from Korean, Ghanaian, Egyptian, to simple American foods and ice cream. Highly recommended as a foodie destination.

I've had my fair share of pedicures that I should have demanded my money back for. This was one of them. I came to New Fancy based on reviews. I had to be in the area at 5pm for another appointment and figured I would kill two birds with one stone. Mistake. Not killing two birds...but doing it with one stone. I opted for the $37, highest priced pedicure. That usually involves the best treatment in the house. Granted, New Fancy prices are much less than other salons but then again, it's in Powell. But that shouldn't mean that treatment is any less. I was wrong. My $37 pedi was SHORTER than the $22 option. I know. The gal next to me had the $22 pedi. Sure he performed all the elements but did so in an abbreviated fashion. I get pedicures once a month because of a big toe with nail fungus that isn't curable unless I get the nail removed and then there isn't even a guarantee. So, every time, since 2012, I ask the tech to clean out the nail and cut it back. Every. Single. Time. I asked his guy twice. My request went ignored both times. He was clearly rushed and not interested in customer service. If the place was slammed, okay, I kind of get it but it's Friday. There were three pedis seated and one mani. To add insult to injury, the massage chair I was in had a broken side table so I held my belongings. The pedi bowls did NOT have bags in them like everyone else is doing now. The massage chair controls are done by the tech. I didn't have access to it. AND the tech never bothered to clean up his work after painting my toes. I loved it so much that I got my aunt, grandma, and mom A gift certificate to get their nails and feet done for Mother's Day. My mom went and everything was OK she said but when my aunt and grandmother went I was with them and the ladies were really rude they were grabbing my grandma's hands and pulling her towards them very aggressively and continually rolled the eyes at everything that my aunt or grandma had to say. It was almost like it was a completely different place. After that I could never go back you don't get to treat my family like that with me there and expect to continue getting business from us.

One thing we really appreciated is that if it's your birthday, they give you a 25% discount, which was a great surprise and made the occasion even better. Our whole family had a wonderful time. Our 6-month-old daughter, Genesis, had a blast chewing on the ribs, and our one-year-old son, Titus, ate everything on his plate and clearly loved every bite! Thank you to everyone at Austin's Steak House for helping make my wife's birthday so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

Be prepared they almost always have a weight come dinner time. They told us about a 25 minute wait but it really only you landed up like maybe 10 minutes for two people and a baby. It's very busy inside. You'll have to step around people a lot, but I feel like that's common for a buffet. Food was constantly being brought out and was nice and hot. I absolutely love their chicken and dumplings, fried chicken, and their green beans the mac & cheese was extremely watery and not that great and we were super disappointed in the steaks. They just tasted like fake or kind of gamy. Wasn't a fan of that, but there was definitely plenty of food to choose from and desserts! Our server was super sweet and made sure to refill our drinks and take our dirty plates often Overall, I think the food was good, especially for the price and there's a ton of options. It is a bit loud because tables are very close together. But again that just has a lot to do with the fact that it is a buffet place. Overall, I would say that it's like a golden corral on steroids

I recently purchased a 2025 Harley Road Glide, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Tony Robinson (Sales Manager) and Chris Bradley worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my new bike and my trade. Tony found incentives I didn't even know existed, and he made a new Harley only slightly more expensive than a used one. No pressure, no haggling--just honest, friendly help. What really impressed me was how I was never rushed or pushed. I was encouraged to sit on and ride any bike I wanted, and Tony personally approved a longer test ride so my wife and I could be absolutely sure the Road Glide was the right fit. On a later visit, George helped me compare seats and answered more questions, and Matt was friendly and helpful as well. It's great to see the excellent service continue after the sale. In the parts department, Todd and Brian were extremely helpful and treated my wife and me with kindness and respect. Joe Ferguson in finance made the paperwork simple and explained warranty and maintenance options clearly. In apparel, Cora, Andi, and Jessie are always warm, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. And P-Nut, the detailing specialist, deserves special recognition--his work on cleaning, waxing, and ceramic coating is top-tier and shows real pride and craftsmanship. Knoxville Harley-Davidson is truly a family-oriented dealership where every department treats you right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Harley experience.
