From the minute we arrived we were greeted with big smiles. We had a fairly large party for a Saturday night but were taken straight back to the perfect seating. Our waitress was excellent and kept our glasses topped off all evening. We ordered for the bar about 4 pizzas which were made available with minutes. We really enjoyed the Pizza Inn in Knoxville. The server was very polite and she was very attentive to our needs. Overall, the buffet was very good with a wide variety of pizza varieties. Most were thin crust, so we really enjoyed all the variety of flavors. The desert pizza was delicious either way the strawberry/rhubarb selection being the best overall. We came to Pizza Inn for my brother in laws birthday and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were all fresh with many different options. Lots of variety in the pizza toppings. The service was amazing. Tiffany took amazing care of us. She checked on us often without being overbearing and our drinks stayed full. We stopped here on our last day in Knoxville before we flew back to California and we were beyond glad we did. The customer service was incredible and the staff was so kind and helpful. They gave us recommendations for flavors to try and brought us plates of their favorite slices and desserts. My mom asked if they would make a pepperoni and pineapple pizza since she didn't see it on the buffet line and they were more than happy to do so. So glad they are open for Dine In! Took my kids on Tuesday night and forgot that Tuesday's are Kids Eat Free (10 & under) so it ended up being a pretty cheap Dinner and that's always a GOOD thing! They are practicing social distancing by seating customers far enough from each other. Our waitress cleaned our booth before we sat down. I noticed they had hand sanitizer out and disposable gloves at the bar. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love their Salad Bar, they always have a big variety and fresh lettuce. However it's always packed so I do not know when and which days to attend when it's more quiet. There's always people in line to wait to sit. However the waiting time isn't long. Im in town and looking for somewhere to bring 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a young one. Holding my breathe it was a toss up between Chinese Buffett and this place. This was a great choice. The pizza was good and the salad bar was well kept and lots of choices including soup. I really like these baked and flavored pita like chips, very crispy and lots of flavor. Last night we ordered delivery from DoorDash. Instead of my go to thin crust pepperoni I got the meats specialty pizza on Italian crust. I did not like this pizza at all. It was super greasy. I'm not sure if all of the grease was from all the meat or something else. It almost seemed like the pizza has been drizzled in garlic butter (which I did not care for). On top of that, several of us that had eaten there came down with a terrible illness at the same time! I had vomiting, nausea, fever, headache and couldn't even stand the thought of food for 3 days! When I found out that there were several others that had the same illness, I filed a complaint with the Health Department! My husband and I and our two best friends went there today. We wanted to stay awhile so we went early afternoon to avoid lunch rush and supper rush, so we wouldn't be holding a table they might need. Pizza Inn is one of our go-to spots for a speedy sit down meal. Plus, it's a giant buffet of pizza. How can you go wrong with that?! They've got an ok salad bar with some additional hot items that include spaghetti pasta with marinara and another pasta with alfredo sauce (really tasty). The taco pizza and Big Mac pizza are two of my favorites in addition to the relatively traditional Hawaiian. You can request just about anything at the buffet bar and they'll bring it out to you piping hot. My FAVORITE part is the dessert pizzas. They usually have three to for types on the buffet at any given time. My favorites are the Bavarian cream and strawberry. They may be a little too sweet for some, but I can never get enough! They also have cinnamon sugar pita crips if you want a lighter choice after stuffing yourself full of pizza! Any time we've been, the staff have always been very friendly.
