Also, VIP does punch cards. I had nine punches, one for every manicure. With 10 punches you get $20 off on a pedicure. They did not honor the punch card because they were not the owners then. If the new owners wanted to keep current customers, they should honor the punchcard and put up a sign and say they will accept the punchcard that the clients have but will not no longer be offering them in the future. The new owner should appreciate the people who have been coming there for years., or they are going to lose many customers. the new owner finally took my gift certificate but told me it was only because I was a client there for so long.
