I have officially found my forever nail tech. Emma is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met and her skills.... I can't say enough... The artwork I ask her to do is sometimes somewhat complicated and she is always up for the challange. I can be a bit extra and I truly appreciate the time she takes and the patients she has with me. Not only does Emma treat me well but all the nail artists and staff at Fendii take their time to make me feel welcome. It's nice to see everyone laughing and having fun. The water in the foot tub was cold despite asking if it could be warmed up. The mimosa was warm and undrinkable, and the nail tech is watching tv over my head. Not sure why, she speaks very little English so I can't really give direction, which is probably why she would not get me a fresh drink when asked or turn the water to the warm position. She almost cut me with the clippers twice because she wasn't watching what she was doing. The polish on my hands is chunky and crappy. She wouldn't let me wait until my nails fully dried - not sure why, it doesn't impact her. This is sucking so badly. Went in for a simple manicure. No color, no topcoat. The tech didn't file the surface of my nails and put lotion on but no massage. Then tried to charge me $25. The whole service lasted 14 minutes. Will never go there again. It's a rip off. read more

My 17 year old daughter went in for a fix to her nails that she had done less than a week prior. The nails chipped the next day. When there, the tech that was working was using a translator and did not realize she had the screen still facing my daughter. She was speaking to the other techs and stating my daughter is a liar and didn't believe that it was done less than a week ago, commenting on my daughter's skin (she is mixed Asian and black). She stated to my daughter that she needs a fill because they look old etc when THEY did them a week ago. Kaitlyn was so helpful with understanding the design inspiration I liked and TC was next to us helping with suggestions as well. I have rarely had this much fun getting my nails done. I got an acrylic fill and I had to go back in and ask them to fix my nails. The first time I went in and left the French tips were not even and looked really wobbly and my acrylic wasn't even or straight. The apex looked fine and then further down the nail it dipped way down on some of my fingers. When I went back and asked them to fix my nails they were kind about it and told me not to feel bad. After I got them fixed they looked a little better but my thumb nail on my right hand is shorter than all my other nails. Also my pinky nail on my left hand has a dent in it on the side. read more

The spa is new and everything looks great. They sanitize their stuff which is a plus (other place didn't in Spokane which was a shocker) However if you want your pedi done correct ONLY ASK FOR LEE!! Other wise you'll be sad!! Haha waste of money. My friend and I were giving completely different service, Lee made sure her nails are perfect, cleaned, and no polish everywhere, where my tech didn't care much, got it done in 20 mins and left!!! annoyed! Do NOT HAVE HELEN do your nails shes extremely RUDE my 13 year old went in for holiday nails and she was extremely rough with her kept pulling on her hands and had a nasty Attitude and from the looks of the reviews she's has not been talk to and has treated other customers poorly!!! We pay our hard earn money and to be treated like this like we're inconveniencing her is horrible. The manger was understanding and fixed the problem so thank you everyone else is kind she needs to Go!!! This is my first time at this nail salon and I love it! I was able to get a free drink and when I started to get tired I was offered Vietnamese coffee! The vibe of this place is amazing. I was not impressed. I'm surprised by the good reviews/rating it has received. I had made a reservation for 6 of us but two of us were sitting for at least 15 minutes before our pedicures began. Both of my daughters did not get a complete manicure and pedicure. The guy left and didn't polish their nails. He was in a hurry to help other customers. There were flies buzzing around and tiny bugs kept landing on my hand during my manicure. I also killed a big spider crawling across the floor. I don't think I would return to this place. read more

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I got a pretty basic gel pedicure, there was no massage, and really a lack of attention to detail. No cuticle work, very crooked filing, and there was polish all over my toes when I left. It was $60 for this pedicure and it's one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten, but the employees were very nice and it was a nice salon. Overpriced for not great work. read more
