Becca was great in resolving the second instance - but in fairness, I said if it happened a third time you've lost us - and now here we are. The third time (8/8), we even put the cash in an envelope with our dog's name (as instructed)...and we're still getting "where's your payment" texts. Great lesson in mismanaging the cash drawer. Textbook ineptitude, and lack of communication between AM and PM shift. Nice work losing a customer...came here after Paws Off Leash closed, time to look again. Ask for a receipt!
