During the first heavy snowfall of the year! They called to let me know they were running late and kept checking in. They finally came at 9 pm. I was impressed that they said they'd show up that day and kept working until they kept their word. They took the belt off the snowblower; it turned out they didn't have that one on the truck. It was too late to get the belt they needed, so they came back the next day and quickly replaced it. I really appreciate that they came to my house instead of making me drag that heavy machine to them. Instead of taking a moment to actually explain or diagnose the issue honestly, they charged me $105 for "repairs." Come to find out, nothing was broken. There's a simple floor/carpet push button that controls whether the brushes turn--and it was never switched. That's it. No repair needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience.
