Instead of taking a moment to actually explain or diagnose the issue honestly, they charged me $105 for "repairs." Come to find out, nothing was broken. There's a simple floor/carpet push button that controls whether the brushes turn--and it was never switched. That's it. No repair needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience. Sigh..... After 35 years of singledom. ( doing my own…read morelaundry in the washing machines I purchased. ) I, apparently, being a man, don't know how to do laundry. So, I haven't washed my own clothes in over a decade. So, I was noticing my clothes weren't as clean as usual. I'm happily married. Don't criticize the chef or clothes washer.
