Instead of taking a moment to actually explain or diagnose the issue honestly, they charged me $105 for "repairs." Come to find out, nothing was broken. There's a simple floor/carpet push button that controls whether the brushes turn--and it was never switched. That's it. No repair needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience. The dishwasher was installed earlier in the week by AAI and my stove was to be installed by Lowe's later. Long story short, Lowe's was unable to install the stove so I called AAI and they were able to come the next day to finish the job Lowe's couldn't. It's very hard to find 2 appliances that you want in stock almost anywhere nowadays and to have something installed could take weeks!! AAI was so professional, punctual, and polite the both times they came out. I asked and they said the owner treats them very well and it really reflects on their workers.
