He arrived ahead of the appointment time and wearing a mask. He removed his shoes without my asking. Assessed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Explained what the issue was. Instead of taking a moment to actually explain or diagnose the issue honestly, they charged me $105 for "repairs." Come to find out, nothing was broken. There's a simple floor/carpet push button that controls whether the brushes turn--and it was never switched. That's it. No repair needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back, and I strongly recommend others be cautious before trusting this place. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NO TRUSTING !!!!!!!!!.......................

Our dishwasher was giving us trouble, gave them a call, they were able to come out later in the afternoon and gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive. They arrived within the window, let me know what part needed to be ordered. I was able to find the part online and gave them a call two days later when it came in, they came back out and installed for me. I appreciate being given the part number and the option to find it cheaper when possible. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. And very prompt.

I arrived around 10am, super friendly check in service and was quoted 5-6 hours to come back. My item ended up being ready in 2.5 hours, but mostly what I appreciated was the text message responses. I received a text message when I dropped my item off, with the ticket number and expected pick up time, and I received a text message when my item was ready with the ticket number. As someone who gets an obnoxious amount of spam calls, to the point I don't answer unknown numbers, I greatly appreciated the text messages about my item.

The dishwasher was installed earlier in the week by AAI and my stove was to be installed by Lowe's later. Long story short, Lowe's was unable to install the stove so I called AAI and they were able to come the next day to finish the job Lowe's couldn't. It's very hard to find 2 appliances that you want in stock almost anywhere nowadays and to have something installed could take weeks!! AAI was so professional, punctual, and polite the both times they came out. I asked and they said the owner treats them very well and it really reflects on their workers. I would not hesitate to use AAI anytime! I can not believe they have no reviews on Yelp!!

Amazing service, I called and the tech was at my house within 2 hours!…read more I had an issue with my gas dryer, it took 45 minutes for him to fix the problem and get us running again, he noticed our ducting was pretty dirty as well, so he cleaned out the ducting all the way to the outside vent, no problems since. We were impressed with the pricing and called him for our stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, on separate occasions. Also had him service our Kitchen Aid tabletop mixer and repack it with food safe grease, couldn't believe they come with non-food safe grease from the factory. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work and because of that, I recommend Main Repair Services to all my friends and family, 5 Stars!
