We had ordered 2 short on the sand so she made it up to me for a true display of great customer service. I'll never step in Pinch a Penny again as this was not the first time that I had a bad experience there. I'll be glad to drive totally across town in order to deal with quality customer service driven people like Tamara at Backyard Water pool supplies.

The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!
