The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. I took my cat here for a wellness visit, since we just got her. I did the drop off service. They called me twice in the day to tell me how she was doing and what they found. They also called me to explain what they suggested to do and sent the approval bill before I okayed any services. Dr. Craver was incredibly thorough, took the time to listen, and did a skin cytology that caught bacterial growth our regular vet had missed, which was such a relief! The nurses were all so kind and made Cashew feel truly welcome, and the front desk staff were just as warm and helpful. They even called the next day to check up on Cashew. Bruiser had his annual last week and I reminded me he should have his teeth taken care of. Dr. Legori's staff has the most loving staff who genuinely care for your fur babies and you! I dropped my Broobie off when they opened and was told exactly what needed to be done. I received a call later in the day and that everything went well. There was no, "He needed this or this happened that cost $200 more. " Very simple, we cleaned his teeth, had to extract 2. Much as I expected. I later picked up Broobie and brought Mama Bisc with me. She walked around the house all day lonely without him. Of course she was hesitant to go in thinking she was going in for something! We were greeted with lotso love. Biscuit was so excited to see his Broobie when they brought him out. Kisses and loves all around. I cannot think of any Veterinarian and staff who show this much love and patience for their clients. I love that if something were to happen in the future, I could call and get in right away and receive the upmost care, because they care as much as we care for our fur babies.

I called them at 9pm and was seen by Dr Fritz at 10am who then performed surgery to stitch his wound about 1pm and I had him by 4pm. Dr Fritz took so much time to go over what they had done and how to care for Teddy's wound. My Chrissie had terrible loose stool and vomiting and needed immediate attention. Again I called at 8am and we had an appointment for 10am. Dr Fritz and her staff treated my Chrissie and me with such kindness. Explained her labs and cultures results. Prescribed probiotics, medications to sooth her esophagus from the vomiting, prescribed the diet, and nausea medication. Her loose stopped within hours and when she was eating, I was told to come to her office to get an appetite stimulant. This worked within 3 hours and my Chrissie within 3 days is eating, going regularly to the bathroom and is my happy little girl. I can't thank Dr Fritz and her team enough. Thank you for being the caring vet that is so hard to find.

Barry was very sick, and although Riverview did not have any openings, Anthony went above and beyond, taking the time to call six different clinics in the area in an effort to help us find someone who could see him that morning. Later that afternoon, Anthony called again just to check in on us and on Barry. While the outcome was not what we had hoped for, Anthony truly brought a bright light to an otherwise very sad day, and we are deeply grateful for his compassion.
