The operator said he would have to send my request higher up after he said he contacted seven different towing companies in the area of which I didn't even know we had that many. I asked if call Schultz and he said they weren't on his list. I finally received a phone call from someone about five ours later asked if I still needed a tow. I told them to forget it the place that I was going to have it towed was closed and call someone else. The next day I called Schultz Towing and they were at my residence twenty minutes later. This is a family run business that has been around for over fifty years and I was really happy that they came so quick instead having to guess when they might be here. I had it towed to Schultz Service Center.

Integrity Towing showed up super fast, completed the job super fast, and charged exactly what we were quoted. After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. On the phone, we assumed that when he said 40cash/45debit that he was going to charge us 85 USD. David said "I am sorry for wasting your time, we only have 70 cash." The man on the phone laughed. "40 cash." He reiterated. Ed showed up in minutes and was true to his word. A few minutes after he arrived, the car was open and the day was saved!

I called them the same day to see when I could pick up my car and the man who answered was incredibly unprofessional when he stated I had "racked up a very high bill" and he implied I couldn't afforx it. I said I knew it wasn't going to be cheap but obviously I needed my car back. He said they were closed and to call back tomorrow, so I did. When I called the next morning, the same man answered and said "If I charged you what the state said I should, you'd be down north of three grand. What can you afford?" I had never heard someone ask that. I asked what the least he could charge was and he said $1,000. I didn't really have an option as they had my car!! I drove an hour and a half to get my car and only when I was about 40 minutes out did they call me back and tell me it was cash payment only. So I had to stop at an ATM on the way to get cash when they started complaining about me being late. When I got there, I asked for an itemized receipt and all I got was a receipt that had $1,000 written next to "Miscellaneous charges." I'm really considering legal action because this just does not feel right. I didn't know what to do in the moment as I'd never been in an accident or needed my car towed, so I didn't know that wasn't how it worked. If I ever need my car towed, I will be specifically requesting they DON'T use Pantalone Towing. Absolutely awful.

He explained he had to get parts and that it may be the next day before they could get it fixed. The next morning Matt had called me to tell me that the truck was finished. Matt also told me that if I had any issues to give him a call and he would make it right. We take our vehicles to Schultz any time we need our vehicles worked on. They are a no hassle, upfront, honest company!
