I had a very important DMV appointment, and their office somehow failed to log it altogether -- even though they had no problem taking my payment right away. When I called to confirm the appointment, I was told there was no record of it. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Kenya gave me attitude and offered nothing useful except to "reschedule." The issue was entirely on their end, yet she acted like she was doing me a favor. I asked to speak to Edward, the so-called manager, and of course, he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He had his secretary handle it instead -- who clearly had no authority and offered a bunch of useless, unacceptable suggestions that didn't help at all. I eventually had to resolve the situation myself -- something they should have handled from the start. Luckily, there happened to be another driver at the DMV at the time, or I would've been completely out of luck. This entire operation is unprofessional from top to bottom. They lack communication, accountability, and basic customer service skills. Kenya was rude, Edward hid behind his staff, and nobody took responsibility for their own mistake. If your appointment actually matters, do NOT trust this business. They will take your money, mess up your schedule, and then blame you for their incompetence. I honestly have no idea how they're still in business. If I could put zero stars I would.

Jose and Grace were both so kind and patient with me -- they clearly know what they're doing, but more than that, they made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel, which honestly made all the difference. One thing I'd tell anyone signing up: book the lesson on the same day as your actual test, and use their car for the test itself. It's such a smart move -- you get one last practice run right before you need it, and you're already comfortable in the car you'll be tested in instead of trying to adjust to it on the fly. Their car is also just really comfortable to drive, which helped me relax. Between the teaching and that scheduling trick, I walked into my test feeling ready instead of anxious. I would never recommend this driving school. Every interaction felt confusing, communication was poor, and we constantly had to follow up to get basic information and paperwork completed. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into a frustrating and stressful one. The lack of organization and professionalism made an already important milestone much more difficult than it needed to be. There are plenty of other driving schools that value their students' time and provide better customer service. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
