Mazari Motors - My New M.B. C63 - Car Dealers Near Me - Fredericksburg, Virginia

DO NOT buy a car with them. I have a long story here, and make sure you read it before you buy ANY car from this dealership... I really wanted a Sorento, and I had bad luck twice the day I bought one from this dealership. It happened the 2 I was looking at, at the dealership in Manassas the one I wanted was sold the night before I went to see it, and the other was on hold and had a deposit. But Mazari Motors in Tyson's called me and said they had one there. I went to look at it. I called and texted with Sam making sure it was able to finance before I arrived. I told him how much I had to put down, and I filled out the finance information. I was told everything was good to go, and to be there by 4pm. He then went on with the financing... instead of a $350 month payment, he got it to $420. Wow, right... Again, I knew my credit wasn't the best, but I agreed. He told me that included GAP and a service contract warranty. For 12,000 or one year, whichever comes first. After I agreed to it and right after I was signing papers he told me, "The bank will call you about the loan. Don't tell them that you are paying the $1,500 on Friday. Tell them you put it all down today." That was a red flag I know... I got the car the last day of February, wasn't cold. I didn't think to try the air conditioning on the car. So, a week later, it was hot out. I turned on the air and guess what?! It didn't work. So I contacted the dealership, no response. So, I called the number to the Fredericksburg dealership on the contract. I talked to the ONLY person there who tried to help me with any of this, Crystal. I told her my situation, and said she would talk to her manager and call me back within an hour. Well then next day I called again. She asked, "My manager didn't call you?" I told her no one called. So she said to hold tight and she would get back with me. By this time it was almost a month since I got my car. I called again on a Saturday and got ahold of Crystal. I told her I had contacted the Tyson's dealership, and no one ever got back to me. My temporary plates were about to expire, and I asked about those too on top of the air conditioning. So finally, her manager (I want to say Bill) called me. He told me that I needed to contact the Tyson's location and to tell them I spoke with Bill and Justin and that I need the policy number for the service contract I have, and to ask for the plates. He told me they always want to take care of their customers, and want them to have a good experience. So I called. When you call there it's like calling someone's personal phone, "Hello." Very unprofessional. I called and spoke to a man and he said he will have someone call back. Sam texted me and said that someone tried to call me, but I was driving. So I texted Sam when I was home and told him about the plates and the air conditioning. He told me in order to get my plates I needed an emissions test. I told him where I live in Culpeper County, you don't. He told me I had to, and that I couldn't get my plates until then. So, I got in touch with Crystal again and told her. I told her how I wasn't getting help from them, and that I don't need an emissions test. By this time, there were several HOT days with my 3 kids and no air. I was livid at this point. So, Justin finally calls me. He made things sound great! He would get my plates taken care of and apologized, and then told me to call the licensed mechanic I want and have them call the service contract place (Wynn's Premier) to get the air taken care of. So, I finally did! Here comes the best part... it wasn't just the air conditioning that was wrong, how about the spark plugs, the leak in the coolant system, and about 5 other things that cost over $2,400... I WAS PISSED. So, after that happened, I texted Justin since I had his number and he told me to call with any questions. (I also wanted documentation of everything). I told him how much it all came out to. Asked to be refunded for this because NOTHING was covered on their Wynns Premier service contract. NO RESPONSE, ever to this day. They only care about money and not quality or their customers. read more

Yearly update. Car been in the shop for 4 months. I'm the dodge charger guy by the way. So basically my car needed a whole new suspension. Warranty people helped a little bit. I was still stuck with over 5K in repairs. Contacted BBB they was no help. Mazari emailed them back telling them I did something to the car. But noooooo I've had no accidents with the vehicle. Especially to cause the entire suspension to be replace. The car needed a SUB FRAME. Are you kidding me? No wonder it failed inspection before he sold it to me. They definitely slap stickers on cars from what I've read in other comments. Let's see what he says to the AG office....hmmmmm sir you shouldn't have sold me that car. Purchased a vehicle to replace my wife's totaled car. In contrast to other small car lots, they have a great selection, and were very eager to talk to us and help us. They had two of the make and model we were interested in, and we quickly selected one. The test drive went well, and we negotiated a few obvious things they needed to take care of before we could take delivery. Jason and Val were excellent on all aspects of the sale and pickup, none of which was easy. I left a star off, as after we took delivery, we found that the fob not only had a bad battery, but it was not programmed for the car (something they should have recognized before placing the car for sale, and we should have recognized before making the deal). I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mazari. read more

i bought a 2012 dodge charger for $15,000.00 cash in september 2024, 2 days later the rear axle broke, went to this dealership to inform that i wanted my money back, they said "no refunds", called the warranty company, they told me to take to a repair shop, every repair shop that i went to would not fix it....due to salvage parts.....mind you the car failed inspection on 9/12/24 and for some reason passed on 9/17/24 after i inquired about this car on 9/16/24 and purchased it on 9/18/24. this car needs over $13,957.00 to make it road safe and driveable, there was/is so many saftey issues.....stabilizer link, drive/propeller shaft, tie rod ends, rear sub frame, control arms, stabilizer bar, steering gear...there is no way on gods green earth that all these safety and driveable issuses occured within a few months...smh.....how/who did they pay to make it pass and now i cannot drive a car that i paid for because mr. mazari motors refuses to accept the fact that they "knowingly sold me a lemon. also, va state trooper inspection team has informed me that they have several complaints for this company for misleading safety inspections. i contacted the bbb and mazari motors in their response was"i did all these issues was done by me...."too funny".....after driving around va for months trying to get a repair shop to tell me whats going on, i finally took it safford dodge in fredericksburg, that when i got a diagnois that woud cost me over $10,000 just to fix the rear subframe. mr. mazari motors buys these junk cars from auto auctions for pennies and mark up the price by thousands and thousands of dollars,,,,,i should have gone to the auto auction or a real dealership and not one on the side of the road and paid $17,500.00 and bought a car for a better price where if any major issues like the ones i have,,,,it would have been fixed or never sold. a buyers beware because you have been warned....btw the luxury cars look nice, so did my charger...looks are very decieving read more

Was interested in a Jeep Compass, called to confirm it was available, they said yes and so I drove an hour to go see it. I jump in and immediately notice the tire pressure light. They've had the car for "two months" but there was no detailing done. The thing wouldn't even shift gears properly and the belt was squealing. They bank on your ignorance and will try to sell you a car that hasn't been taken care of, and promise repairs after you find the issues. It's a waste of time. I was told the car was "clean inside and out" with no accidents. I found dents in the door, and literal burn marks in the door lining. The bucket seat tracks were covered in grease. When the issues were pointed out, the owner told me "some people don't care about that." So basically, he likes to sell cars to naive buyers. Be careful with these guys! read more

Beware of this place I would not recommend this car lot to anybody they definitely do a lot of illegal stuff like putting fake stickers on vehicles that shouldn't have passed inspection. Gave me a 30 day temp tag and never filed the paperwork for my real license plates two months later still no title or plates for my vehicle...... I told him I would be down on Saturday to pick up the vehicle. I came a day early to my surprise they running around trying to get everything done that should have been done before I got there. I asked the sale manager after the test driving the vehicle and the tank was on E I asked if they going to put fuel in the vehicle before we leave and he lied and said the car was fueled up so we decided to stop and get gas on our own about 20 minutes down the road you Service suspension light came on and I called the dealership about it just to be told they not covering the bill crazy I also sent them an estimate of the course and they decided the question shop that was too much money Two weeks later, took it to Meineke front and rear brake pads and rotors are bad which cost me another $1400 to fix I sent the estimate to them still nothing from the dealership.... Do not trust the sales manager or the sales department they buy junk, clean it up and resell it with lots of problem's!!!!! read more

I went down to see a couple of vehicles they advertised online. Definitely not worth the drive for me. The one vehicle was not as described. They said in the add the vehicle was in "pristine" condition and very clean. This was confirmed when I called before driving 3 hours to get there. Unfortunately there were scratches all over the leather front seat, a deep scratch in the front dash area and the undercarriage had very recently been sealed. When I asked about this the salesman said it was because any vehicle that shows rust they spray. I asked how much rust there had been and the only answer I could get was "not much". They looked at the car I wanted to trade while I was test driving the car. The appraisal they came back with was $1,500 below KBB and the lowest appraisal I have received. When I questioned this I was told to take my car to CarMax and if they offer more then they will match it. I have never heard of a car lot actually suggesting you to go somewhere else then come back. The salesman never has followed up with me that day to see if he could earn my business. It's definitely not the lot I would recommend. read more

I purchased my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee here in September and haven't had any real issues since! My general visit was very quick and I was out of the door with keys in hand in about an hour. knew what I was looking for when I got there, went for a test drive and signed the papers! While speedy, the reason I give it 4 stars is due to a few small inconveniences I experienced that night/the next week. The skid plate under the car wasn't tightened fully so I could hear it tapping when I drove about 55mph+ (was an easy fix for me but I didn't get a chance to go that fast during the test drive, so I could've easily put the work off to them). Secondly was due to the fact that it had a quarter of a tank of gas when I drove off. I didn't think to look too closely at it because I never assumed they wouldn't fill it up before giving me the keys. Slightly inconvenient because I live an hour away and had to stop for gas not long into my drive. My biggest issue though was the horn that stopped working about a week after I bought it. I called and they said they could fix it for me, so I took a day to drive all the way to Fredericksburg and back just for them to fix the horn. After being assured I wouldn't have to pay for the repairs, someone else approached me after it was fixed and told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the labor, just the parts. This REALLY annoyed me because I had been assured I wouldn't have to pay for it! I could've fixed it at my house for the price I paid and saved myself 2 hours worth of driving and an extra $20 in gas AND a day of my time wasted. All in all it wasn't a bad experience. My daughter was looking to buy her first car. I looked at several cars in Craig's List and other sites. She originally wanted a VW Beetle. We found a beautiful red beetle with a black convertible top at Mazari Motors. We called spoke with Jason to confirm he still had it since we were driving 43 miles from the Richmond area. I was hoping this was going to be a positive experience since it was her first purchase, well it was a very positive experience. Mike was most helpful. There were a few things that needed to be repaired and he took care of them and gave her a loaner to drive while they got them fixed. As a first time buyer they were also able to get her finances with a monthly payment that was manageable for a working college student. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because it took two weeks to get the repairs done but again they did give her a loaner so they were more than fair! My daughter purchase her first car in August, paid it cash, after one week the car died on her, we reached out to the dealership and they took the car to their trust repair shop, kept the car for almost a month,never told us where the car was and who was repairing it, when we finally picked up the car we went for a test drive and the check-engine light was on, they kept the car for one more week, when we finally got the car again, after paying an additional $1100 for the repairs,by the time we got home all kind of problem started, i offered to return the car and get another car from their lot but they refused and offered no compensation or any type of solutions, this was by far the worst i had with purchasing a car, i do realize that sometime dealers may may get a bad car but the assistance from the dealership was worst then the car, considering that my daughter is using this car to attend her first year in college, i will tell everyone about this dealership. I was directed to them through one of the online places. They had a vehicle I was looking for. The vehicle is perfect, but that's not what this is about. So, I was pre-qualified before I even drove the 2 hrs to them. 1000$ down, low payments. No problem, right. Well I had the vehicle for a month and bugging them about the tags and key fob. After finally getting ahold of them they tell me my financing fell through and that the needed another $1700, after a month. This was in March . Steer clear of Mazari Motors. This was by far the most dishonest business I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They don't deserve a single star. Not only is the salesman dishonest, but so is every one of their employees. They all fabricated an entire story and all lied over the sale of a car we had put a deposit on and was promised. At the beginning they pretended to be a family-friendly business, welcoming my boys to watch a movie and offering them coloring books. They told us they would hold the vehicle for us with a deposit, but then on the day we had arranged to pick it up, we got a call early in the morning that they could no longer go through with the sale and would be returning our deposit because of a title issue. We checked multiple places to verify there was indeed no title issue, and then the story changed when we got to the dealership that perhaps it was an issue with the odometer, and magically the car had disappeared from the lot. We were told the car was at their "other lot," but they refused to give us an address or let us go see it. All of the employees attempted to perpetrate this narrative- a completely made up story to cover for the fact that they sold the vehicle. Character goes a long way in our book. If you sold it, just be honest. It's quite clear these people don't know what telling the truth is. Now we get to tell our 4 young boys that the seemingly nice man at the dealership was really a snake, and a liar. Thanks for the lesson on character. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. I do not recommend anyone buy a car from Mazari Motors. I would not buy a hot wheel's toy car from Mazari Motors or from the owner Jason Aziz. Please save yourself time and money and go to a known dealership that has good customer service and recourse for bad business practices. I lost $6K and 4 months with an inoperable vehicle. Story Time: I live in Washington, DC so on June 1, 2021, I drove to Fredericksburg, VA (60 miles away) to test drive a 2016 red mustang convertible priced at $23,000. Upon my arrival I met Jason and his colleague, Tom, who showed me the car. I test drove the car and noticed that the rear view camera and A/C did not work; other than those issues, the car appeared to be in good condition. They both told me they would get those issues fixed within two weeks and if I put down a deposit, the car was mine. I obliged, filled out the paperwork and headed back to DC. They called me two weeks later and told me the car was fixed and ready for pick up. On June 14, 2021, I drove to Fredericksburg to pick up the "fixed" car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was not there. Apparently, their mechanic was putting the "finishing touches on fixing the A/C." I waited for about two hours before the car arrived. Once the car arrived, everything appeared to look fixed and ready to go. Jason gave me 30 day temporary tags and I drove back to DC with no problems. The following day I took the car to the DC emissions testing center so they could give me the paperwork to send to Jason in order to get my permanent tags. Fast forward 4 days later, the A/C goes out. I don't take the car back to Mazari Motors because Jason told me he replaced the system, so I figured it was something minor. I took the car to my local Ford dealership, and it took them 3 weeks to diagnose ALL of the problems the car had. The car did not have a new A/C system which costs $2,200, the transmission was bad ($3,500) and the front lower suspension needed to be realigned ($1,700) for a total of $7,400 worth of repairs. At that point, my 30 day warranty was up, and I could not return the car. I called Mazari Motors and conveniently Tom was no longer employed there and had been replaced by a woman named Jessica. Jessica wrote down all of my complaints and told me Jason would call me back; I also emailed Jessica and Jason so I would have a paper trail. I called Mazari Motors for a whole month and Jessica gave me the run around as to Jason's whereabouts; he was busy all the time and would "call me back." He never called me back for 2 whole months. So now we are in September, no word from Jason, he had not sent me permanent tags, and I am racking up parking tickets in DC because the Virginia 30 day tags expired on July 14th. On September 9th me and my brother decided to drive down to Fredericksburg and give a surprise visit to Jason at Mazari Motors. He was scared straight when he saw us pull up unannounced, but he was so nice and accommodating. He lied and said Jessica never told him about any of my calls, emails, or problems. I showed him all of the correspondence I sent via email with his personal email attached and he denied ever seeing it; he acted shocked like this was absurd. At that point, the summer had come and gone, I did not drive the convertible and my request was to sell the car back to him. His counteroffer was that I use his repair people to get a discounted rate on all work the car needed even though it was already supposed to be fixed. I told him that I did not trust his repair people who allegedly fixed the A/C before I bought the car, and I still didn't have my tags, so the car was not legally in my name so lets just do an even trade. He told me that could possibly be an option, but to let him work on getting my tags and getting a good estimate for the repairs. The following week my permanent tags arrived, and I called Jason's personal cell phone to let him know so we could start the process of selling the car back to him. I called Jason's personal cell phone 3x's in one week, he answered and said, "Hi, Jason is not available, can I take a message?" I said, "Jason, I know this is you. I know your voice." He replied, "No, this is Mike. Jason is not here right now but I can take a message for him." After the third time calling him, I left a message with this "Mike" aka Jason, and I never heard from Jason ever again. Long story long, Ford offered me $12,000 for the car and CarMax offered me $17,000. Obviously, I ended up selling the car to CarMax for $17,000 so I lost $6,000 in the exchange and lost $400 in tickets due to Mazari Motors scheming business practices. If you don't want to lose money and deal with a lemon, I advise you to run in the opposite direction of Mazari Motors. Also, check out the Better Business Bureau; they have several complaints. read more

So I had a friend who suggested this place and out of good faith I believed it would be a good deal cause he deals with these people on a regular.first mistake we asked for a car fax he said he couldn't find one. Every car has one !!! Hello!!! We should have left then. But no we decided to buy this Hyundai Sonata. When we drove off the lot the right tire started smoking?????so we took it back so they could fix whatever was going on. Plus he had no ac so it was hot as hell in that car. He told me son he would have the car back in a few hours we left that car for four hours and the ac still wasn't done. So we drive off again the check engine light comes on , no ac, the passenger door lock is out of wack. Passenger window don't come down with the power button. So my son takes it to jiffy lube only to spend $600 later to replace front rotors and brakes and back brakes which they were supposed to have replaced when we took it back to be fixed. And the calibers on it. Still no ac cause that another $400 to fix the air compressor. Like I have been fucked royally by side car dealers. If it's not new people don't buy it it will cost you more to repair than what you paid for it. I will not recommend these people nor deal with them again my son was pretty pissed. I tried to get him to go back and get it fixed and he literally said "fuck those people". And then the salesman had a nerve to say "oh well I gave you a $1000 off the price " I guess you did for all we had to spend to try and repair it. I guess we even then. Assholes!!! Have your mechanic check the car out before you buy! With that said, they are car dealers, they sell cars to the innocent and naïve, that's what they do. So, it was my responsibility to make sure the car I purchased was in good running order. I did not take it to my mechanic until the day AFTER I bought it. It was costly, but what was broken is now fixed (so far no other issues have surfaced). I got the car I wanted, with a deal I am happy with, love the vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!!! My husband and I recently bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty and I was so excited. The sales guy Jason was a smooth talker and I should've been concerned then. I've had my car for 12 days and have had to spend over $550 to fix things that should've been fixed when I bought the car. The timing belt was completely shredded. Not a happy customer. I agreed to take down my first review because that's the only way Jason would issue some type of discount for the inconvenience and more money I had to spend on my 2006 Hyundai I purchased for my daughter. Ever since I purchased this car 4 months ago it's cost me money after money . Then today I find out the transmission is gone it will not go in reverse. Before purchasing a older car from this place please do your research . Nice car but nothing but problems since I purchased it. $2900 plus all repairs needed to pass inspection down the drain. My wife and I traveled from 7 hrs away to purchase our car and it was exactly as they said and advertised and honestly the vehicle's condition exceeded our expectations. They have absolute best quality cars and fair prices. I never dealt with any companies as ethical as they are. Unfortunately, I can only give them five stars. If I could give them 10, I would. I purchased a car from Jason. Before hand I had explained what happened with my last car and that I didn't wanna get myself into that again. the car I purchased ended up having 3 major oil leaks that I got an estimate on and brought it back to Jason and he worked with me on it. Other than a week after I had the car back from it getting "fixed" through Jason I have brought it to my own mechanic and he had found only 1/3 leaks Jason had fixed, also had given me pictures of the two remaining leaks. I had tried to contact Jason before I brought it in but he didn't answer me or My boyfriend for a week and Was hard to get any Information from Jason about what work was done. He would only send me a cropped portion of the mechanic work done. It then took them another week to email me back after I had told them I was bringing to get checked. After I had spoke with my mechanic I had called Jason and told him 2700$ Estimate for the remaining work and he laughed at me. I explained 2/3 leaks we're NOT fixed. He Insists his mechanic didn't see those two leaks even-though the Subaru dealership saw them on August 02 and my mechanic Saw them on September 14. Jason is not cooperating if I can even get ahold of him. I would not trust this place for business again. read more

Friendly staff, however unreliable. They were willing to work with me, but did not follow through on ANY of the agreed obligations and had numerous breaches of our oral, as well as written contract. I was repeatedly given excuses why repairs were going to take another day, another couple days. And the only way I would have ever even know this status was by calling and texting them repeated every day. Calls were NEVER returned over a ten day period. There was HORRIBLE communication. And each time my questions were answered with, "I don't know. I'll have to ask," or "I'll have to look into it." Then I'd never hear from anyone until after I inundated them with calls and would eventually get someone on the phone, including the owner, Jason. First, I was told it'd be ready Saturday, then it was Monday, then Thursday, then Friday. Finally, I was told it'd be delivered to me Sunday morning because of all the hassles and my patience. They NEVER showed or even called! They tell you what you want to hear and try to get over on you. If I hadn't created and signed with them my own agreement for repairs and had it stipulated that my full deposit would be refundable if conditions were not met, they'd be holding all the money I put down, as the agreement they attempted to have me sign had stated "nonrefundable!" It's been a couple days now and I'm still awaiting it, though. Hoping it's a matter of transaction time, not another lie. read more

STAY AWAY!! I had an appointment with Jason (salesman) for noon on Sunday . To ensure appointment was set I called him 20 minutes before arriving to inform him that I'ld be their by the scheduled time. He indicated that he would be late but stated his manager was there and that he was aware of the appointment. When I and approached the manager indicated that the vehicle had been sold the previous day ! Even before the appointment was made!! After driving more than 2 hours I was beyond upset. Check out their reviews on Cargus and you will find out this sales tactic has been used more than once by this unethical dealer. Ive filed complaints with DMV, US Attorney's office, and US trade commission . Moral of the story STAY AWAY FROM THS DEALERSHiP and it pays to have a son who is a US attorney. read more

I used USAA car buying service, which is an awesome service. The car I found for my brother was at Mazari Motors. The bank contacted the car lot for me and Jason emailed me on the 2nd of January asking when we would be coming to look at the car. I'm made arrangements for the following Saturday the 5th due to work and not to mention my brother was driving 8 hours coming in Friday from TN to go with me to look at the car. I live in Alexandria VA and on Saturday we drove an hour to get to the car lot in Fredericksburg. When I got there I was informed that Jason took the car to Fairfax VA to sale the car to someone else. The sales people looked at his appt book and he didn't have my appointment wrote down then they went into his email and pulled up my response. They called Jason immediately. He said he was stuck in Traffic and would not turn around. I really feel that this is a shady car lot and from another review I read I'm so glad that the car was gone so I wouldn't have bought a piece of sh** like the person who bought the Jeep Liberty. Good luck to whoever does any dealings with this shady car lot. We found a newer and better deal of the same type of car in Stafford. I would recommend you go anywhere but Mazari Motors. read more

My daughter and I purchased a RAV4 a few weeks ago. We found Jason helpful and promising he "would take care of us" and would stand behind the vehicle he sold. As he said, each vehicle is thoroughly inspected before they put them on the lot. About a week after driving the car, the brakes kept squeaking, so we took it to our trusted mechanics of 15 years, which discovered that although the brake pads were new, they were actually the wrong size for the vehicle. For safety reason we had our mechanic replacethe wrong-sized pads and tried to reach out to Jason to cover the costs. After almost 2 weeks, he has still not responded to our numerous texts. Jason appears to be the stereotypical used car salesman. Sound sincere, make promises, but the minute you drive off the lot you're on your own. We recommend that you drive past this car lot as quickly as possible to a more reputable dealer. read more

I went to check out a mitsubishi eclipse 2012 at this location. My first impression walking in was that it instantly smelled like weed and i couldn't tell who the car salesman was due to the fact he was wearing a hooded t-shirt and saggy pants. When the car salesman presented the vehicle he didn't seem to care if i was interested or not, because he never bothered to introduce himself nor did he come with me during the test drive. The only thing he went over was that the vehicle failed its inspection due to airbag light (so he says). I give a one star because the costumer service was terrible, the salesman was unprofessional, and the vehicle i was looking at was more out of shape than what the add showed and he told me. I say beware to future buyers, if you go here bring a mechanic these vehicles may look pretty but there is so much more going on that is not going right with the vehicles. read more
