    Today I had the most pleasant car buying experience at Mazari Motors Jason the Manager and the salesman, was so nice and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about all the car's on the lot. He was not pushy at all. He made sure my car left with a car wash, full tank of gas, and air fresheners. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a good used or new car to Jason at Mazari Motors Customer Service 5 Buying Process 5 Quality of Repair 5 Overall Facilities 4

    I purchased my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee here in September and haven't had any real issues since! My general visit was very quick and I was out of the door with keys in hand in about an hour. knew what I was looking for when I got there, went for a test drive and signed the papers! While speedy, the reason I give it 4 stars is due to a few small inconveniences I experienced that night/the next week. The skid plate under the car wasn't tightened fully so I could hear it tapping when I drove about 55mph+ (was an easy fix for me but I didn't get a chance to go that fast during the test drive, so I could've easily put the work off to them). Secondly was due to the fact that it had a quarter of a tank of gas when I drove off. I didn't think to look too closely at it because I never assumed they wouldn't fill it up before giving me the keys. Slightly inconvenient because I live an hour away and had to stop for gas not long into my drive. My biggest issue though was the horn that stopped working about a week after I bought it. I called and they said they could fix it for me, so I took a day to drive all the way to Fredericksburg and back just for them to fix the horn. After being assured I wouldn't have to pay for the repairs, someone else approached me after it was fixed and told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the labor, just the parts. This REALLY annoyed me because I had been assured I wouldn't have to pay for it! I could've fixed it at my house for the price I paid and saved myself 2 hours worth of driving and an extra $20 in gas AND a day of my time wasted. All in all it wasn't a bad experience. I do wish a few things had worked out better for me though.

    What an absolute disaster! I drop off my car at 10:15 am for an appointment made on-line. I am here…read moreat 7:40 pm still waiting. The oil change was completed around 3 pm (assuming the service advisor was telling the truth- paperwork says they started at 3:09 pm) but the brakes originally picked were incorrect. Someone grabbed manual and the wrong pads. No apologies were offered and no courtesy loaner was provided. What a huge disappointment! How is it that my car is at the dealership for over 8 hours and just given to me after 8 pm? The only positives from this experience are the Uber drivers who came to pick me up and drop me off. The Uber drivers were pleasant and dropped me off and picked me up with no issues. Kia Motors USA can't even explain this 8 hour wait while other cars dropped off much later were done much earlier.
