This is hands down one of the worst dealerships I've ever been to or dealt with in all my years of buying and selling vehicles. While I was at the store I personally witnessed the Hyundai manager Roman belittling the staff, outright threatening their jobs and just acting in an unprofessional manner. The fianance manager Justin walked out with a folder of paperwork and tossed it onto Lynseys (my salesperson) desk and told her "I'm not getting paid for this shit, you handle it" and threw it onto her desk. I would STRONGLY suggest you drive the extra 30 minutes to Woodbridge or Richmond for your needs. I came in for oil change, funny noise hearing, and brake issue. Bobby was my service advisor he listened, walked me through the inspection results, showed me what was urgent and got me a fair price. He even followed up to make sure everything was good after I picked up my car. He was super knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and genuinely cares. Purchased my 2024 Frontier here. Now I come back every maintenance cycle because all of Pohanka's Service Managers & mechanics have been professional and competent. With over 50k miles now, they're my partners - not adversaries - in keeping my truck at optimal performance. I've tried closer dealerships but didn't like the 'upsale' and lack of accountability when basic maintenance went wrong. He's has been absolutely great, funny, honest (I know a rarity when getting service), and consistently delivering value. when you walk into request service area, the employees make you feel like you are bothering them. I drove 40 minutes to come to this dealership for a state inspection.. You're not able to make appointments for this. It's just walk in and try your luck. it took them two hours and 43 minutes to give my inspection. I lnow they have other things going on,but to me, I feel like they could stop and do a 10 minute state inspection and then continue with what doing instead of making me wait almost 3 hours. Again, the staff ignored me when I arrive. They ignored me when I left so to me it's very unfriendly. read more

Took 2015 for rear view mirror replacement and 3 minor items. Got list of 8 "immediate" items to be done and 1 to be done soon. While all of them might need to be done in the near future, i doubt all needed to be done immediately. I'm guessing sales are slow in a cold January and they are pushing service. They have a new? System of texting a list of items to which one can accept or deny. System appears ok but was unaware of it which complicated the transaction. As far as their service, i rate the desk and the techs to be good, friendly, quick and competent. By the way, I took the csr back in 3 weeks later and they added 2 more items to the list. read more

I was having an issue with my volume knob on the stereo not functioning. I asked to have it looked at while I had the vehicle in for an inspection. I was told it was out of warranty and that the radio/head unit would just need replaced to fix the issue. The radio was not taken apart and I expect it was just looked at to verify the volume knob wasn't operating and I was told the entire new radio was needed. I have no issue with being told that, my issue is I was charged $159 for them to simply tell me I needed a new radio. Ridiculous overcharge. Then on top of that a new radio would be $3k after parts and labor for a vehicle that sells new for around $21k. I can buy a nicer aftermarket head unit that is plug and play and do it myself for around $400. This place will rob you blind if you let them. read more

They are pleasant and professional to work with when I come for regular car maintenance. Ask for Jonny in Nissan/Hyundai sales if you want a new vehicle. He's great to work with. He's speaks great English & Español. I really liked him. He's not a pushy salesman either. I got a great deal on a Nissan Frontier! I really like the Frontier. I use it for hauling general home items, it's very handy and gets better gas mileage than similar sized competitors. Mr. Tim Pohanka offers the tow package for the Trucks which I use often. I purchased a car and wrote an incredible review and a couple of weeks later had a horrible car accident. The car failed in many ways as soon as the GM found out he called me every day one to three times contacted me with text phone calls was gonna come down, promised to fix everything. Get me in a safe car Take care of everything and ghosted me the day he was supposed to show up he admitted the car was defective. I have all the text phone calls recordings. I had eight broken ribs, a plethora of paperwork and things I've got to take care of. I lost thousands of dollars in seconds thank God I was the only one hurt I learned later it was a rental car had been in two accidents two owners, and it was not just aesthetics as they put it. There was a lot of damage apparently done to the car and cars are often gotten from rental or floods. Totaled to put back together make it through inspection, knowing they're gonna fail. I am very disappointed. They let me on for months. I got a strange call from the GM a couple of weeks ago saying how are you doing in your new car the same guy and oh do you mind if I have your Social Security number and then I got a text from one of the people that work there can I speak with you, I said, of course, and that was never I never heard back. I'm very tired as I write this, but I had to update the original review. People need to know about this place when it sounds too good to be true that usually is and I did not listen to that voice in my head, but they were just seem so nice Today.
