Went to the pizza buffet today. Excellent value, pizza was good but not great. Salad bar was very good. Staff kept the buffet full with fresh pizzas. $19 dollars for my wife and I. The place was pretty busy. Appeared to be pretty clean. We will definitely be back for lunch when looking for pizza. I believe the buffet is open till 2 pm. read more

I will say the pizza is great. The sandwich that my kiddo had was not very good. Bread seemed to be from a frozen situation and the fries had a funky frozen like taste. We also had the salad bar, but honestly I wouldn't have eaten from it if I had seen what I saw after the fact. The person taking care of the buffet was putting the old food on top of the new food she was putting on the buffet. This can cause some major cross contamination. Was here for lunch which is all you can eat salad bar for $7.25 and if you want to have the pizza buffet it's $8.75. Salad bar has typical salad fixings plus a few salads like potato salad, cottage cheese & chocolate mousse. Multiple pizza options. I thought the pizza was below average, but it wasn't horrible. I wasn't that hungry, but hubby was, so we popped in here for a quick bite to eat. I asked if they had a personal size pizza and they did! It was the perfect size and so delicious. It was actually the best pizza I've had in years! The crust is crunchy, the cheese and pepperoni the perfect amount! Really enjoyed this baby pizza! Came for lunch, had the Buffett, the salad bar was fresh and wide variety to choose from, plenty of Pizza, the pizza of the day was Buffalo Chicken but I never saw one on the Buffett. Not many of these left but this is a good one. This place has a good salad bar and good pizza. You can usually get a seat fairly quick and eat some good food. The place is not the most updated or modern but it works for that business. Good value for the money here. We go pretty often now after finding it. read more

I want it to be good. Mainly because it's one of the only pizza places in town but it's also one of the only Mazzio's left around here. But it's just not very good, they'll give you your food, might not be on time but you'll get it, it just won't be any good once delivered. It looks ok, but I don't think the people who make the food have ever eaten food before. You can clearly tell they have all the necessary ingredients and hardware to create food. I don't know if its just me, but it seems the pizza is slipping big-time. This is one of (at least) three places you can have an all-you-can-eat pizza lunch, and this would likely be last place for me. Maybe I'm not being fair because every time I've been here it was during lunch time for the buffet. But, there's always a crowd there during that time so its become very reputable for that. I'm not sure how to describe the pizza. Maybe its just bland, or too greasy, whatever. It actually tastes like frozen pizza from the supermarket. Salad was alright too. Very good pizza.. greasy, but if you don't like that then blot with a napkin. Lasagna is my favorite from Mazzio's. Salad & pizza buffet at lunch is good too, always replenished in a timely manner. But if nothing else, you MUST go here for the ranch. I buy it in the family size 16 oz. cup on a regular basis just to enjoy at home with other things. The Staff was just fine, but the pizza was burned on the top, but the meat was under cooked.. also, the bottom crust was like eating paper.. No flavor at all. It tasted like frozen pizza from Wally World (Wal-Mart) I will not go back there for the pizza.. I'll give them another shot at their pastas.. There is no way they can mess up the pasta.. If they do, I'll call up Gordon Ramsay.. So, please stop using frozen dough, it's BARFTASTIC. Pizza Hut from now on.. I want to give them some other advice.. Use FRESH DOUGH.. Based on the pizza alone, i'd give this place 3 stars. The pizza was ok. Just ok. A little on the greasy side too. However, based on the salad bar, i give it 4 stars. The salad bar was very fresh, and the ingredients varied and replaced often. The cinnamon bread sticks were quite tasty too. We went with my nephew and niece, and there was a high chair readily available. There didn't seem to be a kid's menu, so it was spare items off the salad bar for them. read more

If it weren't for the salad bar, we probably wouldn't go here. I just feel like I've had better pizza elsewhere. The cheese bread is phenomenal! So if I could give any recommendations, it would be to go here and get the salad bar and cheese bread. We have also had several instances where plates and silverware were never brought to us without having to flag someone down.. I think they have since put the silverware out to grab yourself, so maybe this was an issue for other people as well? Salad bar is definitely worth the trip. Pizza is amazing! The buffalo chicken is the best our of Dominos and Pizza hut. Their thin crust is great because you get all the good stuff no dough! The salad bar is excellent. First off, for what it is, it was very expensive. The salad bar was the best part, but the lettuce was browning on the edges, it was just iceberg lettuce. Extremely disappointed with their lasagna last night. I don't want to cook on Friday night. It's been a long week. So, two lasagna's for pick up. Hey Mazzio's, did you forget the tomato sauce??? It was SO DRY that nothing could save it. I had maybe a fourth of it and couldn't take it anymore. My husband managed to eat some more but couldn't find the sauce either. Good pizza, sandwiches and salad bad. Odd layout can be problematic during peak times (register, salad bar, and drinks are crammed together at the front of the restaurant). "Servers" are hit and miss. Some are great while others are more concerned with playing on their phones rather than visiting their tables. Good take out place as well. read more

Bring your own fork. I wouldn't be writing this but this has happened twice in a row now. You order your food, get your salad plate and drink cup, make your salad and drink and next thing you know you have a salad sitting in front of you with nothing to eat it with. Now you wait patiently for a table cleaner, not a waiter, to maybe look at you for a second to flag them down. Nope keep waiting. Go to the front to ask for one and they say the waiter will bring you one in a second. Nope keep waiting. Walk to the table cleaner station and wait there until someone sees you, now you got a fork. My favorite pizza! The week-day lunch buffet is where it's at! They also have fountain ski, so you can't go wrong with that!
