But the extreme heat did not interfere with either Jared or Carson. Our belongings were packed and transported with perfect care and arrived in great condition. Even our chest freezer arrived with ice still surrounding our meat. Jared was afraid the freezer would be full of water upon arrival due to the extreme heat, but because of his expert advise on how to properly pack it everything was still frozen. He was rude, kept interupting me and when I respectfully told him i felt like he was treating me unkindly, he laughed! I told him i am a senior citizen and very ill. I feel traumatised by how i was treated. We ended up saving over $10,000 going with PODS. We hired someone on this end to pack our POD and someone on the other end to unload. I am so very dissapointed in how Logan treated me. Silver lining, his rudeness was the catalyst to find a company to move us that has excellent customer service and saved us $10,000!

The initial contact person took his time, answered all my questions and followed up with a clear well written contract and instructions. The locals at both departure and arrival points were professionals. It did take longer than the 5 days because of the amount of people leaving CA, and I had to wait 2 weeks to schedule one of the 2 trucks left in Sept. I recieved status updates all along the way and everyone was pleasant to talk with. It was a perfectly easy and inexpensive way to move from CA to ID.
