But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. They are not liable for damages to your home, including wiring and plumbing. They use subcontractors. Our installer was awful and that's why we rejected the install and canceled the contract. He showed up 3 hours later than what he personally told us, he had old carpet and padding stacked on top of our new carpet (no protective barrier) and one of the carpets was incorrect. You have (3) days to electronically cancel your contract and a different date to mail your certified letter to cancel. We weren't willing to take the gamble after the first installer experience and so glad we read the cancelation policy. Good luck!

The vinyl tile when glued done was not done properly and large gaps of spaces are showing up in various spots in our kitchen and bathrooms. Our installed carpet laid one week after the tile was beautiful until after a year, and it started to buckle. Now, 2 1/2 years later, both bedrooms have buckled carpet that is so ridiculous you can trip on the lumps. I'm heartbroken as I never put out that much $$ all at one to get almost my entire home done. I can not recommend this company for any installation of the product. They sell quality brands, but without the workmanship to install it, you're throwing your money away.
