Great customer service ! Came here on my challenger hellcat and they swapped my rotors out pretty quick and even helped make some small tweaks under my car at no cost. They definitely prioritize customer service. Reasonably priced maintenance! Would definitely recommend / come back.

I've gotten a good price on my tires and like supporting the local guy outside the big box retailers. I've taken five different cars to them. Volvo S60, Lexus is250 Subaru Outback, Honda Fit and a Petrol Blue 1982 Mercedes 300SD in mint condition.

He easily could have attempted to sell me a new tire but he fixed the problem and charged me an extremely reasonable price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I highly recommend coming to MBC tires, they are very honest and have great turnaround times.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came here because I had a pin hole leaking coming from my tire, the BMW dealership didn't want to fix it, only replace it. I previously came to MBC because an old car of mine had a crack in one of its rims and I remembered that MBC was able to fix it overnight and had good pricing. I'm glad I came back to MBC for this tire issue as BMW was going to charge me $350+ for a new tire, when MBC charged me $25 to repair it and it only took 15 minutes. I will only be coming here for future tire needs. read more

I was ready to order 4 tires from FixGo and MBC was the shop that the tires would be delivered to near my zip code. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before ordering the tires I visited the shop and chatted with Mike Jr. Very attentive to my questions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the tires, they were delivered to MBC. It's a classic vehicle and when we put up the car on the lift Mike Jr. allowed me to ask some questions about the old suspension and brakes. He was informative about what he saw and gave his honest opinion about the overall condition of the car. The new tire installation was very quick and reasonably priced. Hey Folks - I'm going to tell you a secret! You don't have to go very far to get great customer service when your car needs tires ... or complete auto service! This father and son business is where it's at! We went by yesterday to get a spare tire put on and it took all of 15 mins and we were on our way. What we loved was their great price, their professionalism, they know their business and take pride in their work and were kind and pleasant. MBC Tires is awesome! I showed up today (Sunday) with a punctured tire and driving on a flat spare and they had my tire fixed and the spare pumped in less than 30 mins and then I was on my way with the rest of my day. They also checked the pressure on my other tires and checked my brakes as well (they were fine). They do tires AND brakes! The shop is run by a father and son and they were both friendly and efficient. The entire transaction went smoothly - 10/10 would recommend coming here, I plan to be back the next time I have an issue. read more

I had a giant nail in my tire, and it ruined by life. Just kidding, it really just annoyed the crap out of me. I generally get any car repairs done in San Gabriel valley, but I wasn't about to drive all the way there from the west side. Thank goodness for yelp, I found MBC. I rang in to get a quote, time frame, etc and they were super accommodating. The gentleman working on my car took really good care of the car and checked on the tires "just in case". This place is wonderful, the mechanics are nice and followed Covid guidelines. I had a warning light for my tires and they fixed it in 10 minutes and cheap. The mechanics were fair and did NOT overcharge which is really appreciated and hard to find when getting your car repaired. In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.

I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.

It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

I was in Los Angeles on weekend a couple weeks ago and had a tire pop on the freeway on my way to Santa Monica. It sent me flying into some rubble and into a ditch. Luckily neither I nor anyone else got hurt. I googled a nearest tire place I could find and MBC showed up. I towed my car there and they changed my tire for 60 bucks. I was like HECK, in that case, CHANGE ALL MY TIRES! as they were changing my tires I noticed a couple of dings and dents on the passenger side bumper. Even though they were a tire place, out of curiosity, I asked if they could fix it. THEY DID! They said it would take about in hour so I went to grab a bite and when I came back it was done! Not only did they do that, the mechanic next door (I assume they're friends) threw in an oil change for free. I guess they appreciated me changed all tires when I only need one. These guys were hilarious and I felt really good about giving them the chance to do the work on my car. If I'm ever in LA with car troubles again, I will definitely call Mikey and his boys at MBC. read more

I've never written a review for any place but I made an account just to give them the rating they deserve. They're easy to miss among the many tire stores in the area but from my experience, I am never going anywhere else again for anything tire related (I think they do oil changes and some other services too). I'm sad they don't have more people rating how great they are. You might as well stop by on your scavenge for the best service and deals, I can assure you they are one of the best, if not the best. read more
