I was in Beverly Hills when I had an unexpected flat tire, and I completely panicked. I didn't know what to do, so I searched Yelp for nearby tire centers. Nova Tire Center came up as the closest option, about 15 minutes away. I called, and they told me they were open and to come right in. When I arrived, Robert greeted me and immediately put me at ease. He was so calm and kind exactly what I needed in that stressful moment. He was able to plug my tire quickly and even took the extra step of contacting another tire shop closer to my home to make sure I could get any additional help I might need. Both Robert and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and able to get home. They were honest, quick, and very reasonably priced. If it wasn't for them, I don't know how I would have made it back home. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and highly recommend Nova Tire Center to anyone. This is very well organized and run shop right with the entrance in the back alley. Reasonably priced with straight forward service that will get you on the road in minutes. I've there multiple times and they are very consistent and reliable. I would recommend it to anyone that needs any wheels fixed. Forgot to mention how clean this place is. Had a really great experience here! I had an appointment on the west side and realized I had a leak in my tire. I didn't want to make the long drive home like that so I googled this spot and decided to take a chance based on the reviews. I didn't call, I just dropped in. They were finishing up with another vehicle and was apologetic for the wait. I let them know I was in no rush and I just dropped in so the fact they were even apologetic was kind considering I'm the one who just showed up unannounced on a rainy day! They found and showed me the nail in my tire and were able to patch it up in about 20 mins right then and there. It was not overly expensive and about what I have paid for previous tire patches. Used to come here and they were alright. Came by a few months ago and it seems like it's under new management. The employee forgot to tighten my lugnuts and set my car down from the jacks. I was about to drive off and I realized my wheel wasn't even on the car. This is completely unacceptable! Literal lifesaver. My tire pressure monitor was broken, and he showed me each tire sensor and which specific one needed repair. I'd have had no way of knowing if I'd been told all four needed replacing, so I really appreciated the honesty. Fair pricing, super transparent, and everything was done in under an hour. He also reset my brake fluid monitor, which was improperly showing that it needed additional fluid. I had the most disgusting, condescending experience at this shop. Absolute bait and switch. I would implore anyone to STAY AWAY from these scammers! I came to the shop to see if they could plug/patch my tire or if I needed a full replacement. Their prices are the same as Mercedes Benz who currently has the tire I needed in stock. Nova Tire Center did not even have the tire I needed. I was also quoted a lower price at another tire shop, so I explained to them I would not be having the tire replaced here, and they CONVINCED me to let them patch it at that time. They then called me over to tell me the tire was not repairable and I would need to replace it even though they didn't have the tire in stock. This means I'm without my car for several days while paying them a premium. I explained to them that I would never have taken the tire off to have my car stuck at their shop and uber/lyft the rest of the weekend. They then offered to put my tire back on and I drIve it at my own risk. I saw that it wouldn't hold air. They said they would put another tire on it in the meantime, I couple pay a deposit and bring the tire back after my tire was repaired elsewhere. I offered to get the tire through them if they honored the price I was quoted at another tire shop and they refused. That's not even the biggest problem here. Edgar called the manager/owner and put him on the phone with me. He was the most rude and disrespectful person I've encountered in a long time. I explained to him that I wasn't aware the tire potentially could not be repaired. It felt very bait & switch. He told me the only way I could take their tire was if I got the tire replaced at Nova Tire Center on Monday. I declined because I wanted it repaired today as I cannot drive on the tire they were loaning (with deposit) me because it's a different size. He told me he was going to have his guys take the tire off my car and to CALL A TOW TRUCK and GET MY CAR OUT OF HIS SHOP! He completely undermined what Edgar had already promised me and was rude and disrespectful in the process. This is not how you do business. Nova Tire Center does not honor their word at all. Do not trust these "business." There's too many shops in the area with decent human beings to ever patronize this place. Being kicked out of a business because I don't want to be SCAMMED. WOW! Disgusting! See pictures of how they left my tire and forced me to pull out of their shop BEFORE the tow truck came. They wouldn't even allow me to wait for the tow truck. Keep in mind, my tire was full when I arrived because it was super slow leak and I had air on the night before. I recently went there because my tire pressure light was on. I only waited for a few minutes with my friend and we were both able to stay in the car when he looked at and fixed my tire. It turns out I had two holes in one tire. Instead of charging me for 2 patches ($40 each) they only charged me $10 for the second one. They were so nice and efficient. TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DISHONEST, OVERPRICED, RUDE. Came here because of the reviews and proximity to where we got a flat but guessing the reviews must be fake. Also, we try to support local & small businesses when we can but places like this are why big corporate is winning unfortunately. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would give negative stars if I could to warn people so you all can avoid the headaches. Extremely arrogant, dishonest, overpriced, and rude. Look for another shop if you can. Unfortunately, we got our car towed here late on a Sunday as it was the only shop nearby that was open late (till 7 PM) on a Sunday. However, due to the tow truck arrive later than expected, we got to the shop just as they were closing. To their credit, the guy working there did allow us to park inside the gate since he couldn't help us till morning. However, he noted they would be able to help us get a new tire first thing in the AM after we speak with the manager. First, the manager will offer you a cheap tire for double retail that likely won't be safe or sufficient for your car (make sure to do your own research). Then, when you ask about other options and pricing, he will just quickly, unclearly, ans vaguely spew out a bunch of options then you attitude about it and question why you can't make a decision right away. After asking him to specify the other options (brand and model) and doing our own research, 2 of the 4 options he offered are actually unsafe and aren't rated for the weight of an EV SUV. The one that was is extremely overpriced but we had no option since our tire was completely flat and stuck there so we paid it. It was our front right that was completely flat and our back right that had a slow leak. We opted to get 2 new tires to replace the front 2 and requested the front left be moved to the back right since that tire is still good. They claimed they did yet when we came to pick it up the back right was at 16 PSI (supposed to be at 42) and got super aggressive and rude when we questioned if it was actually changed out with the good one given the low PSI. To add insult to injury, when we agreed on the tire around 8:45/9 AM, the manager mentioned it would be ready some time after 1:30 (phone) or 1:00 (text). They didn't call when it was ready then when I texted them to inquire around 2:21 they called & rudely told us to come pick it up ASAP and sounded super frustrated that we hadn't yet we were the ones waiting on them to update us. We typically go to Discount Tire where the customer service is always top notch but there wasn't one nearby here so figure we would give a local small business a chance. Big, expensive mistake and headache so definitely a lesson learned. read more

Nova is truly amazing! My car gave me a low pressure notification the other day and I thought "uh-oh" as one tire was at a pressure level much lower than the others. I called Nova at 8:05, right when they opened, and they said I could come right in. I got there around 8:20 and was in an out in an hour! Unbelievable! Turns out my tired had a nasty screw in it. The guy working there told me I was lucky bc if it was just a little more to the side, it would be irreparable but because of the placement he would try to patch it up. As a woman walking into a tire shop alone, I appreciated the honesty and that he didn't try to push me into a new tire without trying this first. My car was ready within 20 minutes of being worked on and he assured me that even if for some reason the patching doesn't hold based on placement, my tire won't blow off, but rather, again, lose air ver slowly. But then we agreed we wouldn't put this into the world and this won't happen! The pricing was also extremely fair - the cheapest that I've seen! read more

Couldn't be happier to find these guys. Got a flat on Sunday, called Nova Tires and they got me in and out in 20 mins. They identified the issue (which was a sizable screw firmly lodged in my tire), jacked the truck up, removed the wheel, removed the tire, applied a patch, re mounted and sealed the tire and re installed the wheel on my vehicle. They even made sure to torque the lug nuts to the correct factory spec. Highly recommend these guys, they will be my go to tire shop and I'll be ordering a full set of tires from them very soon given it's about that time.
