Once we arrived, he was even more RUDE and condescending as he tried to tell us where to park. He threw his hands up and rolled his eyes and everything. We just drove off on him instead of parking. I refuse to spend my money where someone treats customers so rudely. You can tell he's been acting this way for a while. Updating my review to share another experience we had with Xalos. My mom got a flat tire two weeks ago and we wanted to get it checked out to see it could be patched or had to be replaced. She suspected it was damaged in a construction zone by her job, and we knew going to Xalos would give us the best chance of getting honest feedback on our options. Unfortunately the tire had a gash that couldn't be fixed so it had to be replaced. We priced the tire at Costco thinking it would be cheaper there but the difference was within $5. Xalos was able to get the new tire replaced within the day. He didn't have it in stock but got it same day, and had the tire replaced quickly with no surprises. This man is the tire man for our family. It feels great to find someone you can trust and to support a small business while still getting amazing value. Highly recommend. read more

The guy who runs the place is not professional at all. He wasn't even wearing a mask when I got there. He was rude and just lacks proper customer service skills on how to humor a customer who wants to see if air will go into a tire that's flat. He not only denied me of that simple request and he also insulted my intelligence when it came to what I know about my car when that was literally my first time there. He gave me a hassle about doing a no contact transaction and wanted me to hand him my car with his filthy hands which I refused to do. It took me being firm and refusing to hand him my card for him to insert my own card into his payment system. The only he did do right was selling me a used car tire for $40 instead of what he previously said $50. He's not worth the drive. I'll go somewhere next time. read more
