Mark and Ant have created a really unique gym and community. Everyone is so encouraging and positive. It's really these coaches and gym members that keep me motivated and focused. We help each other out. We take pride in our gym, so not so much finger pointing unless we are joking around. Def no drama! Just love! I'm still learning so much, but I already appreciate the progress, the push, and the belief the coach and members instilled in me. I can't believe I was where I I used to be and can't imagine ever going back. Coaches will not let you workout incorrectly. Coaches want you to focus on the actual muscle your workout is intended to workout. And they push you to get super lean and strong. They understand everyone is different, so they modify per person. The membership also comes with meal prep planning. They literally have the recipe to your goals. They go above and beyond with their part. You just have to meet them halfway. I love my gym! Just getting started!

Progress has been steady, and I love feeling stronger and more energetic. As many other reviewers have mentioned, WESTCA is a smaller gym with a welcoming, low-pressure atmosphere. I originally planned to train with Adam for just 3 months, but the amount of progress and muscle growth I saw in that short time was insane, so I decided to keep going. What makes Adam such a great trainer is how flexible and dedicated he is. I travel a lot and work a demanding software engineering job, but he's always willing to adjust schedules and make things work. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. Even on days we don't train, he still checks in, gives me pointers, and helps me stay on track. He also does a great job tailoring workouts to your specific needs and constantly adds different exercise variations to keep things effective, challenging, and fun. Every workout feels personalized instead of repetitive. The gym itself is amazing too -- it has every piece of equipment you could possibly need, plus all the little extras that make training better. Everything is always incredibly clean and spotless, which makes the environment even more motivating to be in. On top of all that, Adam keeps workouts fun and motivating. We always have great conversations, and over time he's become more than just a trainer, he's become a friend too. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up their fitness.

I've done Pilates at another studio, but Lagree is NO JOKE in comparison. My classes at another studio felt more like yoga or stretching. It was very beginner-friendly, and you don't even sweat. Not at LFBA. I felt like I was going to throw up or pass out at some points! Is it weird to say that I loved that? Lol. Nicolina is so encouraging and sweet. She took time before class started to show me the Megaformer and explained how it would be different at their other locations. She helped me with adjustments to ensure that I was able to keep up with everyone and offered alternatives in case I couldn't do some moves. The best part was that the class was soooo fun and quick. My body is beat up in all the best ways! I hope I'll be able to buy a membership at this studio in the future. I'm obsessed!! :)

Equipment is super new, interior is very clean and aesthetic, and the workout was challenging but not overly tough (a really solid workout). Parking is spacious and easy. Only thing would be that the playlist wasn't my favorite - didn't have really great flow when paired with the moves. Also there were some studio owners (?) moving in and out with a kid during the class which was slightly distracting.

I always leave class sweating and feeling like I actually pushed myself. Valeria is an amazing instructor. She really pays attention and takes the time to correct your form and technique, which I genuinely appreciate a lot. It makes you feel supported while also ensuring you're doing things safely and effectively. I used to lowkey dread going because of how tough the workouts are, but realized that I need to change my mindset and keep it consistent. I eventually grown to enjoy it. It's one of those places that pushes you out of your comfort zone in a good way. The gym is cute and pink inside, vibe is nice, very welcoming, there are women of all ages and body types getting a workout in. There was also a private class going on at the same time next to us. It seems like a lot of the other girls in class were also new to the studio as well. The workout itself was perfectly paced, not too challenging and great for beginners or intermediates. I definitely recommend if you're new to these type of workouts. I do wish it was a bit more challenging but I still got a great sweat in. I will say the hours for classes vary so it's hard to fit into your schedule because of the limited times they have. Otherwise I loved my experience and would try again but don't think I'll be adding to my regular routine.
