As promised in my last blurb, I'm leaving an updated review!…read more I can't believe it's been 7 months since I started and I've definitely seen results. I've always been somewhat active but never strong....Well, I not only feel stronger but my muscles are more toned and my running has also improved. Prior to FIT, I ran a 10k in college in 1:02 (~10-minute pace). Recently, I completed another 10k and finished in 50 minutes (~8-minute pace). The BIGGEST thing for me is that I've also been able to finish my first half and I'm excited to do more! Mike is truly the ace in your hand. He's the guy you want on your side and he genuinely cares about you. As an example, he helped me prepare for my race by running the coyote creek trail with me on a weekend (his day off). Aside from boot camp, I also come out to track intervals on Tuesday mornings and they're a great way to start the day and improve your mile-time. Whether you attend spinning, boot-camp, or TRX, Mike will challenge you and make it easy to commit to being healthy. He will provide constructive criticism and celebrate accomplishments. Every workout, he gets the best out of you and you will want to do the extra set and add the extra weight! I've been able to reach some of my fitness goals and I credit Mike and Alissa...so if you are in the market for a lifestyle change, definitely give FIT a shot!

Evergreen offers them quality facilities, and FIT provides the equipment (TRXs, medicine balls, battle ropes, jump ropes, etc.). In addition, whereas other boot camps are susceptible to cancellation due to inclement weather, FIT has contingency plans as they've also contracted indoor gym facilities. FIT has quality coaches with personal training certifications. Each coach is knowledgeable, instructive, and motivating. Yes, classes can be difficult, but exercises can be easily adjusted to individuals' skill level and goals. The friendly, communal workout group makes classes motivating as well. I'm quite petite and my experience with previous trainers is that they've never really put my size into account. Their recommendations for daily calorie intake seemed extreme and the required supplements were expensive and hard to keep up with. Wes on the other hand, accounted every element and calculated everything. He was able to make sense of his recommendations purely based on numbers and facts, which is why I decided to train with him. When I came to Wes in June 2019, I was already on my own fitness journey doing kickboxing and other cardio-based classes. However, as hard as I was training I wasn't physically where I wanted to be and with my wedding coming in November 2019 I had to tone FAST! Wes and I worked on a program that focused on toning my abdomen, back, and arms. By November 2019, I actually surpassed my goal and hit MANY PRs that I never thought possible. Aside from fitting into my dress, my proudest accomplishments were my push ups and pull ups. My max rep used to be about 5 push ups, and had never been able to do a pull up in my entire life. After training with Wes, I am proud to say I can do 20+ push ups and 4 pull ups among many other things! This is physically the strongest I have ever been in my entire life and I owe it all to Wes. So if you are looking for a trainer who will challenge you and push you to do that extra rep, call you out on your bs and encourage you when you're in doubt, then Wes is definitely the trainer for you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Long story short, this place is amazing because they are equipped with a full staff that works hard at helping you regain mobility and strength. My therapist is Amanda mainly, but I've also worked with other team members and physical therapists. The staff is very kind and supportive and they care for their patients. I was on crutches for like 3 weeks and got off of it fairly quickly and began walking on 2 legs. This place really encourages you to believe in your capabilities; of course with my surgeon/doctor's approval as well. I recognized that they communicate with my doctor's office as well for updates, etc. My PT started as light exercises to get range of motion back, but we've transitioned to weight, strength, and agility stuff since it's been 5 months since my ACL reconstruction. I'm very happy with the results, and I intend to continue doing PT here until my one year mark August 2021. They got me on the treadmill, bike, and we do a lot of weight stuff. Highly recommend this place for anyone trying to rehab their body. My knee feels a lot stronger than it did back in August 2020. Their appointment desk is also kind. They consider your schedule and are very cool people. This place takes proper care of its patients. They also are safe with COVID orders. They clean consistently and wipe everything down. They take temperature of everyone before they enter the gym. Masks are mandated. Great staff.

(If we get changed for canceling less then 24 hrs, shouldn't they pay us for cancelling less then 24 hours? Just a random thought) I had called over a month prior to make an appointment and confirmed they had the referral. I had called insurance to make sure also that the referral was sent and I got the confirmation number from the insurance company. When the receptionist/insurance dept from Silver Creek called to cancel blaming the mix up with a colleague, she told me she would check everyday for the referral. Weeks later no call. She also didn't let me get a word in until I yelled, which I did cause I couldn't get a word in. I did apologize. Very frustrating. I waited a week and a half to hopefully hear back before I wrote this review. I'm still getting approval referral letters from insurance and notices from my doctor a referral is in and not being used. This sucks cause it's down the street from my house and hours are great to not interfere with school drop off and work.

I'm a morning person, so I love attending the early classes. For me, showing up to a 6am class feels like a real commitment and the best way to start the day. The staff are always friendly, warm, and welcoming. I've taken classes with Lorraine, Amy, Kristoff, Taryrn, and Yvonne. In the 15+ years I've been practicing reformer Pilates, and more than five years attending Club…read morePilates--I officially had the worst reformer Pilates class I've experienced to date. Unfortunately, it was here, led by Lorraine. As a Passport member, I'm accustomed to visiting different Club Pilates studios, and I understand that classes can vary, particularly for someone at Level 2. But this was beyond normal studio-to-studio variation. The instruction itself was exceptionally poor. First, Lorraine did not clearly articulate instructions. She spent a significant portion of the class physically correcting people, while also making snide comments when they failed to follow directions that had barely been explained in the first place. Watching an instructor embarrass participants for not understanding unclear instructions was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Second, the class lacked basic choreography and organization. We were constantly moving boxes on and off the reformers at different points rather than completing a cohesive block of box work. Each time, I had to ask, "Short box or long box?" and where she wanted it positioned. At one point, she already had us lying on the box with straps in hand before suddenly saying, "Oh, you have to move your bar down." That meant everyone had to get back up, reset the equipment, and then reposition themselves. These kinds of mistakes waste valuable class time. When an instructor forgets an equipment adjustment, particularly one involving the entire class, proper instruction would be to help facilitate the correction rather than leave everyone scrambling through another transition--especially participants who may not yet be comfortable with quick equipment changes. Third, the spring loads and weights consistently seemed inappropriate for the exercises, and she provided virtually no options based on skill level or individual needs. Instead, instructions were simply things like "use a blue spring," even for exercises where additional resistance or stability would normally be expected. At one point she asked, "Do you feel that?" and I genuinely answered, "Nope." I didn't. Fourth, the class was so disorganized that she attempted to end it after approximately 30 minutes. Everyone looked confused, and she responded, "Oh, I thought this was a 30-minute class." I have never attended a 30-minute Club Pilates reformer class. That moment summed up just how disoriented the entire session felt. Fifth, the class made me seriously question Lorraine's level of reformer training and familiarity with Club Pilates programming. This wasn't recognizable CP programming with occasional creative variations. We were repeatedly given incomplete instructions, questionable form, and exercises that seemed disconnected from the reformer workout itself. Floor burpees? Seriously? At one point, it felt like she had forgotten she was teaching Pilates. She also completely skipped the legs-in-straps portion that normally provides an important stretch and release toward the end of class. I wasn't sore the following day because I'd had a great workout; my calves were cramped because we never properly stretched out. I do want to give credit where it is deserved: the woman working at the front desk was wonderful. She was incredibly kind and helpful when I called because I was having trouble finding the studio. She was also gracious and compassionate toward another woman from our class who decided to end her membership after being humiliated by the instructor during class. Ultimately, this reflects poorly on the studio. Members should be able to trust that someone leading a reformer class understands the equipment, proper sequencing, appropriate resistance, transitions, form, and equally important--how to treat participants respectfully. If Lorraine is the owner or in management, that might explain why her behavior appeared to go unchecked. Either way, I strongly encourage studio management to review the recording of this class and evaluate it for themselves. For reference: Friday, August 28, 2026, 4:00 p.m. class. I don't leave reviews like this lightly, but after more than 15 years of reformer Pilates, this class was bad enough that I felt other members deserved to know what they may be walking into
