Renee in sales made it a breeze and even came in on a Sunday to get us all set last week so my Mom could move in. My mom says it's been great and she has been meeting a lot of friendly people. The food has been awesome. My mom loves all the options and she said the food is solid. It's only about 83 rooms so you have a lot of privacy and a lot of open spaces. My mom's room she lives in is very spacious and has its own balcony and slider and heater and air conditioner . Every single person that works there is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate from the guy that just comes in and checks on Mom to make sure she's getting up to go have her meals to the nursing staff and even the incredibly nice maintenance guy. Olivia, the coordinator, brings a level of organization that made the transition feal seamless. Julie the secretary, greeted us with warmth every day. Making The Shores feel like home.
