My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. I want to share with you my story. We were on the Highway 65. Our RV start to shake, then there was…read morea loud noise. We pulled to the side of the road to check and find out right tire was torn to shreds. Since we just brought the RV few weeks ago, we had no tools, jacks and not even an ordinary screwdriver. Around us there were the only farm, no person insight and no car on the road has stopped to help us. We called to a local tow company and they referred us to these super guys at Tire Zone! They responded immediately to our call. Miguel said that he would come out to help us change the tire on the road in 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes they came to the rescue! We were saved! Less than through 25 minutes we were on the way! The guys are working quickly and efficiently, at the highest level. Big thank you to Miguel and the guys!

Although we were about a 40 minute drive out, they came out very quickly and efficiently, informed us of their location, and found us without much trouble on our part. I was shocked to see he had fresh cheeseburgers with all the hot food and fresh shrimp cocktail in the cold section. I had to try one of those burgers, couldn't help it, and they're delicious.
